Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness Bewertungen

This game has strengths and weaknesses. Atmosphere, story and feeling are great, the gameplay is mediocre. First it needs to be clarified, that this game is split in half with "Hello Abyss" and "Deep in Abyss." The first part cuts out levelling, skilling and many other important parts and gives you a 5-7 hours tour through the first half of the first season of the anime what's kinda nice! But you have to know what to expect! The second part is the whole game in which you create yourself and become a cave diver yourself. Finally you get access to all features and the game gets way better! It's still repetitive and needs lots of backtracking, but if you're an explorer, THAT'S your game! You don't have many achievements, challenges or fancy stories, but the atmosphere of the different crazy regions of the Abyss down to layer 5 are gorgeous! I hope in future they will bring Layer 6 via DLC ♥ This game is more for the fans of the series, than for 'normal' players, due to the weaknesses in game design here and there.
