Needs a Super Easy mode. Need to be able to turn off friendly fire. We can't get past the twin fire buffalo in the fifth fight.

you HAVE to play this game with your friends or else it would be boring as hell. the spells get boring quickly and you cant change your character midway thorugh the game so you have to play with CORNY ASS CORNELIUS the whole game. i wanted to be the cat but i couldnt. its a game to play it for 7 hours then never to think about it again

Underrated pearl of a Coop Action-RPG similar to Magicka, with absolutly breathtaking evironments, challenging and creative fights, a good brise of chaos and some cool Unlocks. Only problem is, if you missed something in a level you can only ever start a completly new campaign and you also have to start a new if you only want to try out a new character or style of character. They're cool but not different enough to justify a thousand re-runs. It's just frustrating and seems like an attempt to squeeze out more playtime, which wouldn't even be necessary since there would be more than enough content without these "cheap tricks" I know the game is really old but I think if the Devs would just need to put in a little more work to reiterate this part and it could really have another spring. There are not that many good Coop-Games out there and especially with this style (which I and many other prefer over Trine for example) this one really holds up despite it's age.

The main campaign feels a bit repetitive, the Arenas were the most fun. Good for cooperative play.

A more combat oriented Magicka. Casting spells is easier and there are fewer puzzles and more combat. Almost feels like a simplified version of Diablo 2 with friendly fire. Big plus for having viable (yet hilariously entertaining) melee options. It is also very viable (and sometimes necessary) to play a healing/support oriented character. Get it on sale or when you have 1-3 friends to play it with and blow each other up.
