I loved the whole experience, I really did. It took me that much time for a sole walkthrough (17 hours + 1,5 for missing achievements via extra saves) just in sake of appreciating all the details, the minute dialogues and background images, cuz it was absolutely worth it. I can see that the game was made with a lot of love for the topic and the genre, and it made me wholly engrossed in it.
Gameplay. Sure, I struggled with the puzzles a bit from the first hour straight, especially with no proper guider for the easier mode, but I was up for the challenge. On a bigger scale, it didn’t matter really for me as an explorer and achiever type of gamer. As someone who was never really in touch with point-and-click, I found the game more than enjoyable.
And the lore. In my view, the plot is heavily underrated. Well, the very end made my jaw drop, no matter how many unexpected turns there were beforehand, and well, it was amazing. MBR’s perspective on cyberpunk-ish problems are indeed peculiar, unique at some point and even moving, for it being represented in codes, in direct correlation with history and technology… I genuinely relished it all. Minding the amaxing soundtracks out there, I can't help but respect MBR even more for such a thorough and thought-provoking story.
