The two maps that this DLC adds are cool, and they definitely add something to CiM. However, the stability of the game with these DLCs is really hit or miss. This ran well on my PC, but there were far more crashes than I ever get with the base game and other DLCs. The campaign was kind of bland in all honesty, and the New York map particularly is so densely populated that it doesn't give much variation. Also some attention to detail issues exist, such as key landmarks like Alcatraz (SF) and the Statue of Liberty (NY) having really poor terrain for ferry stations that do not allow good coverage without it looking a bit derpy. It comprises 4 scenarios (two in New York, two in San Francisco), but really they just boil down to getting a certain % coverage. Overall there's about 8 to 12 hours of content depending on your playstyle, which is good value for money when you consider that this is usually available pretty cheap. However, my overall advice would be to check out some of CiM's other DLCs as a starting point.
