Just finished it and Project Snowblind is one hell of a first person shooter. It is of decent 6-8 hour length (which I prefer my first person shooter campaigns to be of), and the guns are actually pretty creative in both their primary fire and secondary fire, and I love how some resemble closely to the guns of our time while some looks almost alien in their nature is another nice touch. The power ups are also amazing, and having the ability of shield, vision, invisibility, zapping, and bullet time are all useful at some places and I love how those power ups made me stratergize more in terms of my action after I died and returned to the checkpoint. Like I love when fps games make me think before my action pumpy nature and it gives more of a fun edge, where dying doesn't feel like a setback, but more of, "hmm where did I go wrong, maybe if i do xyz then maybe that's where I can improve" and that is why I am actually happy that this game doesn't autosaves, but mostly manual saves for the save stations that you have to find yourself and that made things more edge of the sea for me. Obviously it does give you an option to save between chapters, but mid chapters, well you have to seek out and survive at the same time. Like I love it. Also the different types grenades/throwables were also fun, and I found myself using them a lot, and it gave me flashbacks to how much fun I used to have playing a shooter like Half life because you were always able to stratergize your encounters upon a setback instead of going through one scripted event after another (don't get me wrong, i love those as well, but there is something about a fps that provides you heck ton of gadgets and just says, "ENjOY" lol). But yeah, Project Snowblind was a fun mid 2000s game that I had a blast with and will totally reccommend anyone who is interested in games like Half Life or Singularity to give it a shot.
