My problem is I have no idea how to install it, I bought it, I went searching on how to install it but the step by step guides normally cut out on the part where the person has to ACTUALLY install it. I could use some help from people who have installed it as I still want to get my money's worth.

Great stuff pack. Especially for builders! Expect very modern build objects

In my opinion a crucial DLC if you want to build in a more modern, highrise style

Not worth full price, but it's a pretty good Stuff pack, I don't care for most of the items default color schemes but this game has Create a Style so that negative is redundant. Also the classic sims items are great.

The content is smaller than some other pack expansions, but I will say some of this is more game changing. I love electronics in Sims 3, so quality over quantity in some cases. Having more options for TV's, computers, and electrical equipment was a fun touch. I especially like the Aquarium, and it adds in with the fishing skill as you can put fish in there.

I use this a moderate amount. Get it if you want, but I could also live without it.

The content added by this DLC pack may not be worth the same price as the base game and the expansion packs (all of which costs $20, as does every Stuff Pack), but since I installed this DLC pack at the same time I got Sims 3, I take a lot of its content for granted, something I probably shouldn't do.
UPDATE: I learned that here on Steam, Sims 3 and the EXPANSION packs (NOT the Stuff Packs) got a PERMANENT price cut. The base game used to cost $50 while the Expansion Packs used to cost $40. Now both cost $20, the same price Stuff Packs like this were always sold at. I thought they were selling lots of DLC at the same price as the base game, but now I'm grateful for the permanent price cut.

I'm surprised this DLC has so many positive reviews. It is absolutely not worth the money. I accidentally bought this when I bought a bunch of other games at one time. Steam would not let me refund it because I had played the base game for so many hours, even though I had not redeemed the code for this specific DLC at the time.

Not going to lie. It's rather small. This doensn't present much of a problem to me. But what it does contain is a lot of items that you can use to decorate your sims's home. I've not had too much of a chance to use the stuff, but from what I have used it jlooks great and it's what I'd expect from EA and Maxis. I bought it on sale (you all should, it is about a fourth of the price during the new year's sale) and decided that while £9.99 is a lot to pay for it, it's worth it (unlike what other people may say).

EA adjusted their pricing strategy for older titles and DLCs, resulting in stuff packs being priced on par with major expansion packs (original price being around 5$). Unless there's a 75% discount offered on these smaller additions, I would suggest you to stay away.
This Stuff pack is one of those that will satisfy most players, as many of us have or will want to create that ultra wealthy family at some point, and with this packs assortment of high tech items, it will send a much stronger signal of wealth.
