I'm on the fence with this one since it's a bit too easy and monotonous for adults, and might be too frustrating for kids. Maybe it's just not for me, but it's not a bad game overall. I've noticed some people recommending a guide - I would definitely advise against it unless you are twelve.
The good:
- cat purring sounds
- lots of small beautifiers like tiny penguins spawning during winter
- lighting
- diverse biomes
The bad:
- crafting, where you need to click 50 times to craft 50 items (and watch a small animation every time)
- animal pathfinding is the worst
- navigating the map - it's challenging (and not in a good way) to find a way to a certain spot on a map
- dying in the water and casually appearing on the shore gives me an eery feeling
- characters feel lifeless and their stories are uninteresting
- lots of fetch quests, no real challenges
