An Atlus classic that stands the test of time to this day. The game differs from their other ventures. because in this one your protagonist is the most important, if he dies it's game over. You collect demons that join your party of max 4 teammates (protag + 3 demons) and make your way to create a new world. Other than that is a standard experience of turn based combat and raising your stats, while learning new skills through Magatamas. pros - creepy, almost silenthilly vibe - lot of demons to find and create - replayability - soundtrack cons - remaster is well, it sucks, gsync problems right off the bat - the UI didn't age that well - early game ganks end your game, but that's a small nitpick Overall it's a very good game, marred by a not so great port, that was lazily slapped together. But if you are in that Atlus fever of jrpgs it's an easy recommend.
