I recommend Medal of honor above and beyond (on sale)
Hate to be the one for tropes but this game makes you FEEL like your in World War Two. The attention to detail was emmaculate. I would spend sometime just looking at objects. The beautiful landscapes make you so immersed in the game.
However, there were some problems. The medkit style gameplay did this game no service. All it did was make some moments very time consuming if you found yourself low on medkits. I normally play games on pretty difficult, but this one I had to put it on the the lowest difficulty because there some b.s moments where I would just keep dying.
I think this game would have benefited greatly by having lesson loading screens. It seems almost every twenty minutes you are pulled into a loading screen and you remember you are playing a game. Also the the cutscenes you are stuck in one position, which you never want the player to do in VR.
The game has a good length, it took me a few days all together to beat it. I also played it 100% on my ve treadmill so I got a workout in! Although there are some parts where you are sitting.
But, I bought this game to kill Nazis and I did. I'm also glad there is at least one Polish character in the game, Dr. Gronek, although he didn't sound Polish of say anything in Polish.
8/10 game - but buy on sale. If you are looking for a VR WW2 shooter, just get it! Especially if you like history.
