Not for me. I think having the game start with the first case being such intense and disturbing subject matter right off the bat, but in a setting where "It's okay because its just a game so it's not that bad!" felt a little distasteful. I am more sensitive than most to this sort of stuff though so your mileage may vary but I found it to be triggering to me and upsetting. Game-play seemed okay in Visual Novel/Narrative RPG style but I couldn't get past my own discomfort. I feel like they should have started you off with something less shocking like data theft or something before moving to more disturbing crimes (especially those involving Minors no less!). Consider this a trigger warning for the first mission.

Played it in 2023 while I was drunk and ended up refunding it apparently. Then I tried it again yesterday and was absolutely hooked.
Terrific writing, an expanding and deep lore, unique settings and branching paths as well as some light satirical comedy from time to time (although a few occasions it’s a little cringey) all in all I’d give this an 8/10. Well worth the asking price or to get on sale. They did a fantastic job, if you like Baldies Gate or Wasteland; you’ll dig this game.
