+ Great drives through some stunning scenery, options for regional services, intercity services and cargo trains. + Length of the route creates options for some longer scenarios + Super elevated curves create an incredible driving experience - small graphic glitches - limited amount of scenarios included by default, using old rolling stock

This route is just stunning and a joy to drive! The dynamic breaks on the loco are a little fiddly to get used to but it's an easy learning curve. Runs very smooth on my 980 based system with everything maxed. 100% recommended!

As great a route as this is, and don't get me wrong, it is very good indeed, I do have a few issues with the graphics, given the preference I have for clouds. I don't like the dynamic clouds in TS, never have done,and that's mainly due to the 'plasticine' looking mountains when viewed from a distance, so therefore I usually change to 2D clouds instead, giving a more realistic blue effect to distant mountains. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but for some reason the clear/cloudy/rainy/stormy cloud setups in 2D mode are broken. There is a horrible line that appears in the sky, which appears to show the sky tile as being too short, which completely ruins the experience, leaving me to use the 3D cloud option. A shame really, as this could be a real contender to the three country corner route, but sadly falls short in this regard. Also, a greater density of trees in the mountains would be more convincing too. I do however still recommend this route, as some people will no doubt use dynamic clouds.

One of the best routes available!! Actually it's three routes; from Kufstein to Innsbruck, from Innsbruck to Brenner and a high speed (tunnel) track between Kufstein and Innsbruck. Travelling from Kufstein the first part is flat, with regular speed changes (max. speeds of 160 km/h), using the valleys, but between Innsbruck and Brenner there is a long, steep incline (max. speeds 70–100 km/h). But what really makes this route enjoyable is the detailed scenery. Sometimes you just don't know which camera view you have to choose because there's so much to see. Another pleasant surprise was, that even an average pc can cope with it. If you like the Three Corner Country route you'll probably like this one even better!
