Интересная игра, неплохой сюжет и лор, но есть некоторые моменты из-за которых я её так и не осилил пройти. Такое ощущение что в команду толковых разрабов затесался левый чувак, который решил испражниться в бочку меда. Основное - непонятное распределение пассивных умений - они даются после боя (вероятно) при выполнении персонажем определенных условий (в игре это не расписано - но есть некоторые закономерности) на протяжении всей игры. Повлиять\отказаться от перка нельзя. Например прямо перед финальным боссом вашему танку может выпасть перк режущий броню на 50% и увеличивающий урон на 20.... Загрузиться перед боем не получится из-за дебильной системы сохранений - одна ячейка которая постоянно автоматически перезаписывается в самые неудобные моменты - когда изменить уже ничего нельзя (после(!) начала боя, после(!) окончания боя и т.д. То есть мы имеем игру, где можно четко рассчитать урон, ходы ит.д. как в шахматах, но переиграть моменты зависящие от фазы луны и настроения того шизанутого разраба который эти моменты ввел - не получится. Таким образом вы можете выстраивать своего персонажа, тактику подбирать и т.д. но в решающий момент вам могут преподнести "сюрприз" и вся выстроенная тактика идет псу под хвост а что-либо изменить уже нельзя - начинай забег заново...

It's a fine unique game, bit like hardcore XCOM. That said, gets rapidly repetitive after literally like 2 hours but it has a very unique style and mechanics so I'll give it that. Would say get it on sale, 40$CAD is an absolute robbery of the customer for a game like this, i'd give it MAX 15$CAD because it's original. Don't seek to sink hundred of hours in this game, I'd say it's a one time experience tbf there isn't much replayability or variety your'e gonna see through your runs, but still nice to try if you get the chance.

Beautiful, interesting mechanics, great score, unique story. I'm refunding it because I'm a baby gamer that's getting his butt kicked, but if you're heartier than me (not hard to do), I'd recommend it.

Very enjoyable and difficult(if playing on nightmare) game. Every boss beat me down, but that made it all the better when beating them. Also such an amazing soundtrack. 10/10

A boss that gets 2 turns before one of my units gets a turn and he uses both actions to summon units that make him immortal is fine, when it isn't limited and he can keep doing that over and over until all my units are dead from his summons is bad game design, this is the first boss. Cool art style uninteresting gameplay

This game oozes substance and style, and backs it up with satisfying and challenging gameplay. Loved this game. 10/10.

I have actually already played this 10 hours already but was in offline, I have to say this game is really hard and also it has a ton of grind I can already notice this. As a person that played Final Fantasy Tactis on the PS1 for around 2000 hours I approve this game. Also your daughters can not be healed unless you sacrifice another one of same level... so yea this game is really hard. Not to mention the bosses are crazy strong. Even then it is fun.

Wonderful art style: creates a dark brooding vibe, and super immersive mood. Game can get quite hard too - especially in the recommended (nightmare) difficulty where you need to sacrifice daughters to regenerate HP. It adds an element where you need to be extra cautious in your gameplay and trade hp strategically. Being aggressive and using skills that consume HP can be rewarding under the right circumstances - they help gain initiative and can steamroll quickly. Outside the level itself, the gameplay around how to manage, level up, regen and sac daughters also requires a good deal of thinking. I didn't expect much depth from the game going into it, and was very pleasantly surprised by the overall package. Totally worth it - especially on sale.

Overall good game, visual direction is biggest + of this game. Gameplay loop is fun, unless u reset more than 2 times then it's somewhat boring and a slog. Not really a rougelike tbh.

Bought the game solely for the OST and aesthetics. Mechanics are quite fun and simple to understand, but I'll tell new players to be extremely careful with the final boss, definitely a wall and the worst part of the story.
