Tracks are missing, even though I updated the Berlin-Leipzig route, so this DLC is useless.

Scenarios fail to load. This is one of 10 routes that I have and the only one that fails, so I know it's not me or my equipment. Can't find any help, reload so I paid $20 for total garbage. EDITED 07/15/2017 I wish to thank Randallator in pointing out that I needed the berlin-leipzig route for this add on. I missed this completely when I read the article. I added the berlin-leipzig route to my library and all is well now. Yes, you must turn on the pumps and start the engine and I like this extra step. I appologize for the initial bad review and changed it.

With this add-on i'm a bit disappointed because for 20$ full price you only get a small amount of new track on Berlin-Leipzig route with a big yard and one locomotive... that's it ... but for 20$ to give you a 10 km worth of new track .... the price is high . The sidding is great , well polished and it has a lot of potential but for that price uhhh .. so if you really want freight scenario's on Berlin-Leipzig route buy this one when it's on sale.

Beautiful extension to a high quality route. Mighty Seddin Freight (clearly named by a four year old) is esentially the vR 232 with some extra track work. The 323 is far superior to the DTG 232, with superior physics, working PZB, and better sounds. Pros: Some extra miles for one of the best routes for Train simulator High quality BR 232 Ludmilla, with advanced controls and some livery and weathering variations The extension installs as a seperate route so the extra memory use can be avoided if not needed* Cons: The 232 struggles when coupled to old and poorly scripted wagons, the physics are just wrong, resulting in an unplesant drive. With properly scripted wagons such as those bundled with other vR products you really get the feel of a heavy train. *The route sails close to the 3.5GB memeory cap in TS, when used with lots of AI, a full length run from Seddin to Leipzig can result in a bit of a Schrödinger's scenario, (you dont know if it can be finished until you drive it) ... that said scenarios that use less route milage or AI work reliably.

This route isn't all that interesting and kinda small. And as noted in its description, you need to also own the Berlin-Leipzig route to make use of it. There's a huge yard but no shunting missions. However, when it's one sale, this route is the cheapest way to get the fully-featured VirtualRailroads DB BR232. There's a DB BR232 you can buy directly on Steam. Don't get that one, it's missing features like PZB. Get this one instead.

This is a notable addition to the Berlin-Leipzig route or, rather, it would be except for some notable problems: * This enormous yard cries out for shunting scenarios, but none are included unless you want to count coupling an engine to a string of freight wagons and driving the resultant train to a distant destination--to me, that's a long freight run, not shunting. * All switches are automatic, which creates multiple difficulties for scenario writers, since the good old "dispatcher" still doesn't know how to get from one point to another. *Although the Seddin turntable does turn as it should and thus can be driven across, the automatic switches reduce its usefulness to almost zero. (Yes, I am aware that TS does not include any provision for crossing a turntable, but in most routes that can still be accomplished through stealth instructions -- similar to passing notes in class when the teacher isn't looking.) *The users manual is even more pitiful than usual, especially since it lacks any mention of included rolling stock. There's quite an assortment, actually, but scenario writers have to check several assets in order to have everything at hand. This manual would benefit greatly from track diagrams of the vast Seddin yards. * The only piece of rolling stock acknowledged in any way is the DB232 Diesel Locomotive, which comes with its own manual. Some instructions included in this are incorrect, by the way. *Although both manuals are dated 2017, this is a third-hand German product that, in my opinion, should have been treated to a major update before being included in the TS repertory.
