There are good tables and bad tables for "Pinball FX2".
For "Pinball FX2 VR" there are only some of the good tables available. ...I thought.
I liked the first Walking dead game.
Even though I hate the TV Series like I hate soap opera in general- no matter if there are zombies in it, or Dixons, or low minded kids with silly hats.
For a pinball I don't really care about the theme if the table is nice.
This one is as boring as the TV series. That alone would even still be okay for me. ...somehow.
But the ball of this table simply LOVES (!!!!!) the outta sidelanes!
Thats no fun for me.
In my eyes the Wlaking Dead table is only suitable to fanboys and collectors. Or maybe for some hardcore pro pinball cracks.
If I would have paid more than 2 bucks something for this table I would refund it. I just keep it for the collection.

Another great table for VR. If you love VR and do not want to run out to spend 5, 6, or 7 thousand on a real machine then this is as close as you can get. Good physics, you can nudge / bump machine - be careful not to TILT! anyway this review long over due. We need more like this. Im getting ready to download their universal pack with ET, Jaws, and Back to the Future. I don't care if others complain about the volume increase in those and hopefully the devs will work that out in a future fix.

Amazingly fun table. People who are not familiar with the Walking Dead Tell Tale game trilogy won't know who the characters are but that's really just a boomer issue. I would love to see more tables for this in the future maybe some with characters from the shows and some more with the game series.

Never read or watched The Walking Dead, comic books, tv, other games, no intention to after this, but also did not feel like I was missing anything to enjoy a good PInball table. Solid big table with good zombie animations around the actual table, and some non-zombie kid on one side with a Zombie on the other and some Zombie arms might flail from behind the machine. Shit, lots of spoilers in this review, sorry. It's a pinball table. Complete your set, get it.

At -50% the value couldn't be overstated enough, it is a quality well built and designed feature rich table.
After pouring hours in to this table, the challenge is there, for the most part because of the hurry up nature of the main mode. When it becomes apparent on what the main way to progress up to the upper reaches of the score board is, what appears to come easy isn't always so. That makes it accessible to play, giving you the drive to continue.
The only downer on the table is the orbit/loop drain. Nailing the perfect shot on either fly's the ball at an insane speed toward the center drain, you've a 50% chance of catching it with the flips if it's slight of center and you're very quick, no chance if it's totally true, no chance of a nudge either.
On a sale it's a bargain, full price, just as much if you've become invested in the base. Like the other dlc tables, it's one notch up in terms of overall quality, and if your a fan of the walking dead, the table is totally catered to you.
