I like both of the decks in here, I just don't think that everyone would. Both of these decks are slightly underwhelming. There are only two good cards to use in other decks IMO. Red resonator is a really good tuner and fiendish rino is used in many P.K fire decks. Only buy if you like the decks or need the two good cards.

The main attraction of this DLC are the two decks: Red Dragon Archfiend and Dinomist. There's some campaign stuff in there as well.
Red Dragon Archfiend
A mix of low-level effect monsters and a bunch of spell/trap cards pertaining to the archetype, topped off with the five Hot Red Dragon Archfiend monsters (and Red Wyvern). On its own the deck is nothing spectacular: the idea is that you use four cards from the Resonator archetype in order to gather up enough power to summon the Red Dragon Archfiend. Other cards aid towards this purpose, but you'll need quite a few of them since 12 of the 24 non-Synchro monsters in the deck are level 1 or 2 (and all of those are the only Tuner monsters), 6 are level 3 and the final 6 are four. That means that this is mostly a toolbox deck: there are interesting pieces in there for Red Dragon Archfiend, regular Archfiend and Resonator decks, but on it's own it's less than stellar. The Red Dragon Archfiend (both regular and Assault Mode) is not in this DLC: it, alongside the rest of the Resonator archetype, can be found in the Jack Atlas card packs. Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend on the other hand is not in the game on account of being too recent.
Dinomist
A Pendulum archetype (and they're Machines, not Dinosaurs) based on aggressively attacking your opponent with your monsters. As is the deck is phenomenal: all monsters in it are either level 4 or 5, with Pendulum scale 3 or 6. Scale 3 monsters all share the same Pendulum effect: if another Dinomist card(s) would be destroyed you can destroy the Pendulum monster instead. Scale 6 monsters meanwhile can destroy themselves to negate an activated card effect. The two most powerful monsters in the deck, Dinomist Rex and Dinomist Spinos, can Tribute other monsters to attack more, attack directly or trim the opponent's hand. Paired with a potent field card, nifty search cards and other cards with high synergy this is one of the most powerful DLC decks out there, even if it struggles with the destruction of spells and traps. The archetype is complete except for Dinomist Ankylos, who is not in the game on account of being too recent.
Jack VS Yuya
The only duel added to the game is Jack Atlas VS Yuya Sakaki. Jack uses a Red Dragon Archfiend deck with less or a reliance on Synchro monsters (but no actual Red Dragon Archfiend). Yuya uses a Performage/Performapal deck with an Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon tucked in. Nothing spectacular or anything. Do note that while this is called an Arc-V DLC, Jack's decks are found in the 5D's tab.
Final Thoughts
Is this worth it? If you want to play the Red Dragon Archfiend archetype this is a must-buy, since most of the cards are in here. Dinomist are a fun and powerful archetype if you want to give Pendulum summoning a try, and you can look forward to quite a few quick wins if playing it. If you're not interested in either of these archetypes and want the single player experience instead... well, it's rather barebones. So if you want the cards this is a good buy, but if you want a lot more single player stuff this might not be the DLC for you.
