Let's you make a timaeus knight of destiny deck, also includes aroma jar, best staller the game has to offer atm in terms of indestructibility by battle and +500 lp per each end phase while it's face up.

This is before dark magicians got a lot of their support making the eye of Tamias not very good yet. BLS is okay I guess. Aromages are just bad. dried winds is pretty good and aroma jar is at least better than marshmellon IMO. Some of the rose cards are pretty good in silyvans and that's about it.
There are other DLC with better value don't buy this one

I would strongly recomend this Dlc if you are a beginner for the Areomage deck, it is suprisingly consistent and easy to use and is great to use throughout the entire campaign, as well as getting used to effects, chains as well as keeping your LPs high, not to mention it is way better than the decks you get for the story mode of the 1st campaign

Legacy of the Duelist DLCs were overpriced for their time already, but with Link Evolution being a thing, the DLCs became even more overpriced, despite them going on sale sometimes. Just buy Link Evolution instead of any of this.

This DLC contains three new campaign missions, telling half of the story of the Waking the Dragons story arc from the Yu-Gi-Oh anime. Included duels are against Alister, Rafael and Dartz; all duels can be played from their perspective as well. This DLC also contains two new decks: Fang of Critias and Aromage.

Fang of Critias is an eclectic mix of Legenary Knight, Black Luster Soldier and Gaia the Fierce Knight cards. On its own it's nigh unplayable, but if you take the deck apart and start looking at what you can do with the pieces there's a lot potential.

Legendary Knight Timaeus and The Eye of Timaeus can be found in Yugi's card pack, which is the last pack unlocked in the Duel Monsters campaign.

Black Luster Soldier and his ritual can be found in that pack as well.

Black Luster Soldier, Envoy of the Beginning is part of the Duelist Kingdom DLC.

Gaia the Fierce Knight, Swift, Mid-Knight Sun, Polar Knight and Dragon Champion are all found in Yugi's card pack.

Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth is found in Akiza Izinski's card pack (third 5D's card pack, Synchro monster)

Gaia Drake, the Universal Force is found in Jack Atlas' card pack (fourth 5D's card pack, Fusion monster, requires the above Gaia)

Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger is found in Kite Tenjo's card pack (third ZEXAL pack, XYZ monster)

Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight is not in the game on account of being too recent.
Aromage is playable and complete, but it lacks the Aromaseraphy monsters on account of them being too new. The deck might need some tuning to get the most out of it.
Is the DLC worth it? With three new campaign missions, a new archetype to play and additions to archetypes that were already in the game, there's quite a bit of stuff in here but you'll have to put some effort into getting the most out of it. If you don't mind that, really want to play the Legendary Knight or Aromage archetypes or want to face Dartz and his goons then you'll enjoy this DLC.
