Actually it is quite good. Enjoyable. But there is one small problem with this addon. Maybe it is happening just in my case but I'm travelling with the tram and the OMSI is just frose and close in the middle of the ride and now it becomes quite an irritating thing....
The logfile says: Error: Fehler bei Bereichsprüfung: TPM.GSC.R
Is it just me or the OMSI is partially incompatible with this addon or the addon is not correctly allined for the basic program to handle it? Any answer and help would be appretieted.

How can you release something that has this many bugs? Yes, driving a tram works most of the time, that is unless the vehicle loads onto the wrong track. But in reality almost nothing else does. I appreciate the idea of turning OMSI into a tram sim and once it actually works, it's quite nice. But you're practically stealing our money by selling us something that's almost entirely broken.

Sigh.. I was super excited when I discovered this in the DLC. Unfornately, not up to par. There is very little interaction with the map and surroundings. AI's ignore you, vehicle pass through the tram. It's a sham and another scheme to make a buck. Refund.

Trams in OMSI... I don't know. It works okay but there are glitches... many glitches... Always look after the tracks when you drive the double variant of the tram because maybe your back part goes to the other side of the junction, even tho the signalisation says you can all go left. It's really nifty to drive a tram in OMSI, but the bell shouldn't ring every time you stop a bit too hard. I also think there should've been an extra line or two and maybe an older/newer variant of the tram (with time scale in the map) Although you can get an extra line if you purchase the Gladbeck addon. The way the tunnel lightning works is also very weird. There is no lightning... just black walls and a bright track but the driving experience is really nice.

Was a bit of a pain to get the tram on the track once I got it there and worked out the controls it’s was nice to drive and something different, unfortunately i drove the 302 on metropole Ruhr and it crashed before I reached the last station and then I tried it on K-Bergbahn which was a fun drive but at the end of the drive it wouldn’t let me finish the tour. It had its good points but mostly bad, It’s not recommend 2.5/10

I recently bought this game, and after a while I have noticed I want to refund it. The SHIFT+Y Menu doesn't usually work in this map, and I don't see the times on the timetable so I have no idea if Im late or early. It's just a stripped down version of the Projekt Gladbeck Map, which is one of the worst out there. The tram is a nice idea but the map isnt up to the full potential and isn't worth the money in my opinion. I would recomend this product to be priced 4.99 due to it's poor quality.
I failed to refund this product because Steam doesn't count time for DLCs, just the game which I played for 10 hours after buying this. (Less than an hour spent on this product) Because of this steam assumed I played it for 10 hours when it was under two hours.
In conclusion, please stay clear from this!

All those negative rewievs about prize and content u get from this, is not correct... This is OMSI, it will always be laggy and buggy, but here is new content - trams! Omsi devs worked hard for this, so, i decided to check this out!
1. The tram is awesome, sound, cabine.... Exellent!
2. Map is good... I cant say that its bad, the tram tracks are going in middle, then in one of the sides, then again middle, and then underground...
3. Underground textures could be better, but for OMSI its normal...
So - I better play OMSI "Strassenbahn", not Train Simulator 2016... :)

The overall contents within this DLC is at an Good quality. However, the quality is still lacking a lot. (as of writing) £10.99 doesn’t justify the purchase of this DLC. The price of this DLC should have been £6.99 – The tram is quite unique in omsi however due to limitations in omsi regarding tram/train physics this shouldn’t been done as an paywere product. That being said the quality of the tram is quite and has a lot distinct features.
The quality of the map can be compared to the current Gladbeck DLC. This could have been so much more however they still used default buildings objects instead of creating their own. Also why didn’t author created crossings in blender and import them in to omsi.
Overall I suggest avoiding buy this DLC. Unless its on sale at an 30% discount or more. Just because the route is lacking a lot of detail. Most freeware maps that are out there currently are better than this DLC and they have an good amount of detail.

Where do I start? It's basically a stripped down version of the original pissware Gladbeck map, with a tram instead of a bus.
The tram itself is a novel idea, and apart from lacking a shadow, it looks quite good, drives well and is quite impressive. I can certainly see freeware maps using it in the future. The tram is a solid 8/10.
The map. Well it's just as bad as the original Gladbeck, with flickering textures, absolutely no optimisation whatsoever, and AI which completely ignores your tram when you are merging with traffic. The subways are something else entirely though. They've clearly attempted to recreate dark subways by making the walls and stuff black in the unlit sections, but did nothing about the rails, giving an awful appearance. The overland sections are passable visually however. 2/10 for the map.
Do I recommend it? Absolutely not at £10.99. Maybe, just maybe at half price, for the tram. At full price - AVOID.
