BioShock™ 2 Remastered Reviews

Good game, some changes are better, some are worse, but the first part is better in my opinion, not exactly a masterpiece, but you can play it once

Main game is YEP POGGERS. DLC was subversive, yet sublime. Didn't entirely call the outcome from the start, unlike the main game and first. 10 Poggers out of 11 McBioShockers

I recommend the game, not the product - Great game, sadly after many attempts to resolve the issue it crashes often with a decent setup. It looks like this is a common issue with many players and makes the game so much less enjoyable to play. I recommend sticking to the original Bioshock 2 as does not have the same issues. The only solve has been to save very frequently after any progression which is fine however in my opinion should not be necessary. That being said, great gameplay and decent story. A nice addition to the bioshock series (Nothing will beat the original though!)

The game crashes too often. Just play the older game, its fine.

They remastered my childhood trauma, and it still hits just as hard. Now with better graphics, smoother gameplay, and the same emotional damage. 10/10 would cry in Rapture again.

Game literally refuses to start even by the executable file. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, going through the code itself as well to see if there was an un-disabled 2k launcher causing the issue. Nothing. Steam, stop selling the 1.0 patch of this game. The code is literally rotted, it WILL NOT run unless updated.

An unbelievable journey. Returning back to Rapture reminded me of why this game stood out from so many at the time. The art style, music, characters, and overall tone of this story is one you will not soon forget... Simply a must play.

The game crashes are a real problem with this remastered version. Not sure if the normal version is any better, but I don't really feel like starting from the beginning to find out. Similar to the other reviews, I started encountering this issues about 3.5-4 hours into the game. Really frustrating.

3 hours in without any crashes, which is what I feared when I read the reviews. World-building and gameplay just as good as the first one! Only thing is because I'm a noob, medium is really hard, but easy is too easy. Wish there was a difficulty in between. Guess I'll get good
