Steel Armor: Basra 86 DLC
The action takes place in a new area of operations in the flood plain of the Shatt al-Arab river during the Iran-Iraq war. Two operations for Iranian and Iraqi armies, and a single mission are available to the player. Pontoon bridges, floating armored vehicles, and Iranian-produced UCAVs are widely used during the game.

The Bridge crossing is the best chance for a turkey shoot in any campaign. 10/10 would annihilate a platoon of enemy tanks again.

This DLC is really good. The game itself is already great i really enjoy the base game and this DLC adds a new map (Basra which is like South Iraq-Iran border) you have like 2 campaing options either playing as the Iranians or the Iraqis. The map itself is tons of fun there is a lot of bridges connecting a few small islands. Moving through these bridges, moving through these small islands with nothing on them (except a bunch of trenches and ambushes) is really fun. Holding a bridge as the enemy tries to advance is really fun too you can just turn it into a kill zone. Apperantly there is drones on the Iranian side but i never saw them in game. I guess thats kind of because i played for a limited amount of time and i mainly attacked/defended places that was far away from the drones.
+A new map.
+Two campaings. Play as either the Iraqis or the Iranians.
+The new map is tons of fun. Bridges (and these are not like the bridges you'll see in major cities or anything no these are just small pontoon bridges which basically means these are small military bridges that can be built when you need to cross a river or something and thats exactly how they are seen in game) connect a bunch of small islands together. Not many roads the main fighting happens on the bridges or after you try to cross a bridge. I got caught in ambushes after i crossed the bridges and when i waited for the enemy instead of attacking myself then the entire bridge would be filled with destroyed vehicles and dead soldiers. This i suppose does kind of limit where you can go and how you can go but that limitation i think makes this map even better. The biggest thing in this DLC is the map and honestly its great.
+/- If you really like the game then the full price is acceptable. But i'd still recommend buying it in a discount. I got it in a 40% discount so instead of wasting 18 Turkish Lira i only wasted 10,80 Turkish Lira and it was 100% worth it. I'm glad with this purchase but if you don't like the game or if you are expecting more then just a map like tons of new vehicles or something then you'll be dissapointed. Cuz like i said the main thing you get in this DLC is the map not a whole lot else.
I love the base game and this DLC adds a really fun map that you can play. Depending on how much you like the game either wait for a discount or buy it in full price. I bought it in a 40% discount so it was only 10,80 Turkish Lira and i'm pretty happy with that price.

We need to make a new map
COD Devs: We have the GDP of a small country and enough creative force to rival mecha-shakesphere, lets make another generic desert map
Graviteam: We have the money reserves of a high school in Siberia and a couple of Gopniks that like tanks. Lets make a unique map with bridges, water, and all based on a real location. Oh, and lets throw in drones, because fuck it why not.
