Reasonable computer opponent, great campaigns, a wide range of single battles plus the ability to create a huge range of scenarios. At sub £20 it is excellent value for money.

AI constantly buffs itself in melee, fudges die rolls, and grants its own units additional fires. I have given this game multiple tries, on different difficulties while changing faction and play style, only for the exact same results; my own veteran formations crumbling before poorly armed militia and enfilading fire ONLY working in the AI's favor.
