Steam Index VR user here. Terrible VR experience. I can dogfight for hours in VR with the best of them, but the comfort settings they allow are terrible, specifically with the default camera settings. Getting a refund after about 10 minutes of learning and playing with the EVA movement.
Any time you touch the camera stick, your head will automatically and jarringly center your view and head position in-game to match a perfect 1 to 1 view without an option to turn it off.
Speaking of being unable to turn off or change the way the camera throws you around teleporting you into new places suddenly, I can't even open the menu mid-game. Needed to Alt+F4 just to exit the campaign after realizing that the black screen was Supposed to be the menu screen.
Those two things need to be fixed for this "game" to be worth playing or experienced; instead of being suffered through.
