This one surprised me a lot, though it's written Romeo Tanaka so I had high hopes. While it ain't a masterpiece and surely other pieces of fiction have had higher highs, the short package is well fleshed out and beats in sync to the themes its trying to portray. I do yearn for a longer experience but I had a lot better experience in the end. More so than so summer pockets sadly...
And yes I did cry like all Key VNs. This is no exception.

"Even if humanity dies, the machines we have created will inherit our love and create the future."
At first, I expected this VN to put me in a slump again, but it actually delivered a really well-balanced emotional experience. The story's build-up was just right—nothing felt rushed. The art is incredibly beautiful, almost like a painting. The BGMs and Soundtracks are top notch too that they fit all situations very well.
Seems like this is a Key's title that doesn’t go full rock bottom with the sadness (though I’ve only played Summer Pockets and this one so far).
PHILIA SO PRECIOUS ❤️❤️❤️

Stella of The End is a superbly written visual novel. The post-apocalyptic environment is reminiscent of the Fallout and Terminator end of days, yet in contrast, this story projects a beautiful and powerfully positive spin. Jude Gray, a tech or savvy mercenary, is hired to recover a very special "package" in the form of a young android. Of course, though he must overcome an enormous number of human and artificial obstacles, his greatest difficulty is trying to understand young Philia as he protects her. The artwork, music and user interface are all no less than excellent. In summary, Stella of The End is a benchmark for post-apocalyptic/futuristic visual novels.
