It's alright. The physics are very dated. Notch 1 and three of these will walk away with a 2 mile train like it ain't even there. The sounds are decent, but not great. The horn sucks, with a weird loop and a very abrupt cut off. It is well detailed, and the coloring seems decent. This would greatly benefit from a sound and physics rework. Not bad for the price, though. Better on sale.

I've bought this addon when it was still available for sale outside of the US. Now with the new policy of licensing, I find myself unable to use this addon as the associated freight wagons have been removed from the package and are causing an error with the " Long Distance Runner" scenario.
