Really nice little add on, nice set of steam locos, different range of trucks from clean, to dirty or even rusty. Nice section of track, really well detailed and a lot to enjoy out of free roam or scenarios

I downloaded this really exsited mainly because I wanted to play the different map having played the "Return to Maerdy pack BUT THE ROUTE ISNT THERE! The locos arnt as good as the locos from Return to maerdy so if our going to buy one buy the other. THIS IS RUBBISH!

Brilliant locomotives, really love this DLC. But at least some of the buffer stops just don't work. I derailed my train because of it. That broke the immersion and ended the session. Sloppy job.

This is a good expansion, especially the ambience of the route. But beware; one of the scenarios, 'Morning Passenger Service' is impossible to complete due to a bug which means it doesn't detect the passenger stop at Tylorstown.

Return to Maerdy is probably a bit better, and likely has a better route, but there are far more J94 skins in this package, and overall Meshtools doesn't dissapoint. Just be aware this is an older DLC, and the route isn't exactly accessible in Quick mode, or even in the career.

A fantastic little add-on that's well worth buying in any sale - if only all DLC was like this. It's a little saddle tank with semi-realist controls, nice sound fx, comes with it's own stock and branch line and is quick drive compatible. With a max speed around 45 mph you won't want to take it far but put it on any rural branch line with half a dozen wagons and a brake van and you have an instant "Ivor the engine" or "Thomas" scenario. As it's an old DLC the RouteInformation thumbnail "Maerdy.png" is wrongly named for TS2015, so missing from Scenario descriptions, etc. but other than that it seems compatible with TS2015 and would recomend it. Note: the thumbnail can be fixed by copying/renaming "Maerdy.png" to "image.png" but DTG need to fix issues like this for quite a few routes.
