Get ready to CLICK and CLICK and CLICK and CLICK. It's like reading DM's from a teenager.
But...it's a great game. It's very tactical and also offers some build diversity fun. The skill trees are pretty shallow but just deep enough to be fun, plus there's quite a few equipment options, traits, titles, etc.
My only other complaint about this game is that it doesn't have a roguelike or endless option. (And the developer is moving on to another game, which is understandable--this game is finished.)
One minor thing that is annoying is that when you are in the battle screen, it doesn't tell you what the mission is. In quests usually you need to just kill the boss and can push for the back of the formation to kill him/her/it...but then sometimes you do that and leave yourself exposed only to learn that you need to clear the map.
In standard battles you always have to clear the map, so it's only unclear in Quest climax missions. (Also it's not always clear whether you are in the last battle against the final boss or not.)
P.S. You can hit ESC if you don't want to read the teen texts during the story portion of the game. You'll still have to hit it fairly often but it will allow you to skip a lot.
Unfortunately, when your team decides to chat before fights, you can't skip that entirely. And once you have your A Team set, they will talk every single fight, saying the same things over and over and over.

Pretty fun game. Art style and writing similar to adventure quest from back in the day.

despite the amateurish artwork and weeb look of this game, it's a very fun experience and i'd say a great take on the premise.
the gameplay is similar to darkest dungeon, you manage your adventurers and their mood, equip them, train them, and take on quests so you can equip them better and train them more.
the dialogue is actually very funny and mostly avoids the cliches of "anime games" and even if it isn't a main selling point it does not detract from the experience
my only complaint is that it can get very overwhelming to manage all the systems the game has, but I've found keeping a smaller pool of adventurers helps with this issue quite a bit, i'd definitely recommend it if you are looking for a more lighthearted take on the darkest dungeon style of dungeon delving.

An absolutely incredible game that somehow manages to combine all the best parts of Darkest Dungeon, Disgaea and few other similar games without becoming too convoluted or boring.
The game gets a huge minus for the horrible dialogue character drawings (especially the eyes), which is a crying shame, since otherwise the game looks really pretty and even updates character's outfit based on equipped gear.
Everything else in the game just works amazingly (but does require some tweaking in options) well. The game has actual plot and main story, in addition to having a pretty fun dialogue, plentiful amount of quests (main, character and side), a lot of items and manages to fit even some crafting in as well
The start of the game is a bit rough, since most of the game mechanics are not available yet, and the game takes about 1-2h to really start gearing up, but it will take a long time until all the mechanics of the game are unlocked. I'm at 60 hours, and I still haven't unlocked them all!

This game has barely sufficient graphic design, no modding support and author will not be working to update it in a major way (they will move to other games).
.
Still it is a pretty amazing game.
.
It feels original, refreshing. I looked over so many more polished, yet boring games that remake the same PC game over and over again. This game is finally something new. I am not interested in playing remake of 20 year old masterpiece with a brand new cool title, new cool graphics etc... It is boring. I am gaming veteran, that is why I enjoy something like this game. Something new.
.
Dialogue is well written. Music is good. You can tell that developer put their love into this game. If you like anime, buy this. This game really makes me feel like head of an adventurers guild. IT ALL GIVES THAT ANIME VIBE.
.
It is amazing over steam link, just amazing. I wish good luck to the dev, hopefully he can make next game with modding support.
.
10/10 for originality

The game is brilliant for the work of a solo Dev - think Fantasy XCOM crossed with Final Fantasy Tactics (or something more recent like Fell Seal: Arbiters Mark).
The art is maybe a bit basic but honestly I found it quite charming and nostalgic for old flash games like Adventure Quest.
The gameplay systems are top notch, big fan of the progression. I disagree with a few of the other reviews complaining about things being opaque - there's plenty of tooltips on everything and I found systems clearly explained and with lots of little QOL features like loadouts being saved, being able to go straight to the smith/shop/alchemist from the mission loadout screen etc. that I honestly think games like XCOM could implement.
Again, brilliant game, well worth the price - took 100 hours to complete the game once with getting all the side quests and events (I think!), playing on Normal difficulty.

Terrific game. My only complaint would be some of the grind, but that was due in large part to my decision to play an Ironman game. I'd recommend avoiding that if you'd like to avoid some of the grind.
Not wanting to lose too much of your alpha squad means grinding out another few quests to get a few of the weaker members another level or two. That in turn means a few quests in between from your other teams as the alphas recover. Also, picking quests based on the their rewards and potential harvests to make sure the alphas are ready for their next story quest.
It's not like it has to be mindless grind though. You're invited to press all of your teams with 8 quest levels. I lost more adventurer's to generic quests than I did story quests as a fight can turn pretty quickly, or a single adventure getting left exposed will be punished by the AI.
Managing up to 7 teams of 8 heroes means plenty of options to varying team composition and testing different builds for the different classes. It's a nice change from the typical single-party games. The game also lets you Train lower level adventurer's without having to grind throgh low level quests. That worked great, but just watch out for the cost and don't try to train too many at once or you'll find your funds getting burned faster than your other adventurer's can loot.

Overall, I’d recommend the game, but with some caveats. The combat is pretty standard and easy for most of the regular missions, but the story missions are a lot harder. The difficulty jump is a bit jarring and inconsistent. One mission might be something simple like taking down a bandit leader with a lot of health and slightly buffing allies as its only mechanics, but then the next mission could throw a boss at you with one-hit mechanics, where it felt like the only way to win was to be several levels above the recommended level. Maybe I just suck at the game, but it feels a bit off.
This compounds in that the regular quests, which will be most of your game time, can feel way too easy because you'll need to grind to do the story quests. Making these quests feel kind of repetitive and mindless, to the point where you’ll often just pick the simplest ones to be done as quick as possible.
On the positive side, the art style is quite charming. It has a simple, retro feel that reminds me of older flash games, but it works well. The management systems are fun, especially if you like collecting characters with good stats or trying to build the best teams. The skills and classes are pretty standard fantasy stuff with nothing super over the top, but I think that simplicity actually fits the game.
The story itself is fine—kind of cheesy at times and follows many tropes, but I found myself laughing a few times. It’s a typical fantasy plot, nothing too exciting, but it’s not bad either.
So, yeah, I think it is overall pretty great for its price point, but just be aware that the difficulty being inconsistent may be frustrating to some.

Green Guy, My man. Very freaking good Job on creating this amazing Game.
I should mention that i played this game in Vanilla mode without using the customization options to tweak your run the way you can enjoy this game the most (which is alot). Aside from that it has 3 preset difficulties you can choose from.
I got this Game with absolute no expectations whatsoever and was just a measure to kill some time and because i liked the idea of managing an Adventurer Guild and sending people off to do quests and while fighting in Turned Based tactical Fights like FFT or XCom.
And here i find myself after i kitchensinked 130 hours within 2 weeks after finishing the Story and 100% all the Achievements. The Game Loop feels really satisfying as you progress through the Game and unlocking new Upgrades while leveling up the Reputation of your Guild which adds new Layers of depths and possibilities on how you can customize your Adventurer's as they additionally develope themselves by gaining new skills, new classes and traits from events with some of them being unique resulting in an big variety of different playstyles you wouldn't expect at first glance.
I, myself had 6 different teams or Party's (which you can Customize aswell cosmetically aswell as giving them perks as your Party Synergy grows making them even more unique by specializing as you see them fit) i would dispatch for doing Missions and Assignments and each of them felt different in Battle and i didnt even put much thought's into them when putting those teams together. Im sure if you're the type of people that likes to try out different builds i am pretty sure it will take awhile before you start running out of options there.
The writing was quite funny and sometimes really goofy but in a good way. The Story was pretty straight forward and filled all the checkboxes you would assume from certain stereotypes this game has to offer, but that was okay, it had an honest touch to it which i appreciated.
The Special Maps and BGM's for some Story missions were just the cherry on the top.
I could spend more time glazing this game up, the only negative thing i can say is that the UI felt a bit clunky and irritating while playing with controller.
Also especially in Late Game, burning Bravery Points for some extra AP to make the most out of your turn felt a bit like a chore at some point. For future Projects like this i would recommend making the use of your AP a bit more accessable and easier to manage to keep the flow running.
Can't wait for the upcomming DLC <3
