although i love this game, DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU PLAN ON PLAYING ON ANY QUEST DEVICE. THIS GAME IS UNPLAYABLE ON QUEST AND IS NOT WORTH MESSING WITH CONTROLLER BINDINGS. BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND GAME HAVE THESE ISSUES I RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING THE OCULUS PC APP AND PLAY IT OFF THERE. UNLESS YOU HAVE A VIVE OR ANYTHING COMPATIBLE THEN BY ALL MEANS PURCHASE THIS GAME

it's a great game but, It's more like a pack of 2 DLCs for first game.

its like the first game but if they stopped development halfway through, still good just a mess of fucking bugs that can and will break your game

buggy game that doesn't work on my quest 3S. Poor quality DLC that is double the price of what it should cost AND Crappy Faction characters. play this on standalone because it works 1000% better on Standalone (what.)

I have had lag spikes but i haven't crashed and while i completed it the story i only found funny glitches. I feel that most play through's vary but mine was really fun!! !!SPOILERS!! One fun moment i had was at the hospital for the bolt cutter i went for the 2nd floor door and 30 zombies jumped out! scared the hell out of me! Just over all the increase in zombies and the new graphics and lighting made it a lot better then the first game. I feel like if you have a bad time playing this game for 2 hours than just refund it but if you have a blast play through it all in 2 days!! This is the only game I felt like I could have lots of fun completing all the achievements. So give it a go!!! Also I wouldn't buy the DLC for this game because it really wasn't good... The new shotgun they added in it as a lot more weight to it and it feels just.. off.. but this re skin of the 9MM is so goood!!!

so far so good, very minimal lag. feels like the first game on steroids, much more things to have and do, the base is expanded, attachments for guns, everything looks nicer.

A crash to desktop, a freeze that lead to having to restart the game or another game breaking bug, means you can lose hours of gameplay, since the game saves only when you use the boat in and out of areas or sleep. Because of that, for story raleted missions would have been wise from the devs to put save checkpoints during stages of the narration, otherwise you end up repeating the same things and listening the same dialogs over and over again. I had already multiple crashes to desktop at the same spot after a specific story related action and i'm stuck on repeating a whole mission area from the beginning because of that. This is a softlock, and i got a refund thankfully. Since the game has not received major fixes in the latest 2 years, and i assume it will not in the future, is a risk buying it, even if for what i played right now it seems to adds more compared to the first game.

Played this game and beat it. it was worth every second and every dollar, I loved it. The game has a great follow up from chapter 1 and has a amazing story.

The second one does little to justify its existing, there's about 3 missions and only one of them is longer than 5 minutes, Its worse than the original in almost every way and the fact they charged so much for it is ridiculous. There's many many threads that go nowhere with annoying characters and mechanics that end up doing nothing, it feels unfinished in every way, I tried to play it like the first but it isn't like the first, this feels more like a dlc and should have been marketed as such as it is not a sequel. It is empty and ironically smaller than the first with two locations serving no purpose at all. In the future I will be wary of this studio and its practices. Absolutely nothing like the trailer.
