SiN has a lot of cool ideas, but that is where my interest in the game ends. None of the guns feel good to shoot, enemies are not fun to shoot at. Story doesn't interest me one bit. Level design is super frustrating and boring. Annoying stealth sections and vehicle controls are terrible. I used the Dominatrix port of the game because the steam release does not have UI scaling and the mouse controls are bad. The brightness slider doesn't work and the final cutscene had f*cked audio. I found the overall game audio to be pretty terrible. I had to turn music completely off because my ears were getting overloaded. I tried turning everything down and raising the dialogue volume all the way up so I could hear what the characters were saying but they were still way too quiet. I wish I liked the game more but it unfortunately did not work for me.

It works with my 4K monitor. Just go to the in-game video options and select the proper settings. Piece of cake! There’s a 24/7 multiplayer server: Go to View (in the upper-left corner of your Steam window) → Game Servers → SiN. Hit the refresh button and connect. This game is great. A real gem. One of my favorite FPS games ever. There’s often an 80% promotion on Steam, where you can buy it for just $2. If you don’t own it already, don’t hesitate. It’s definitely worth playing in 2025. They don’t make games like this anymore. Amazing soundtrack.
