As a queer person
experiencing the loss of a parent through tragedy and the trauma that comes with some really terrible memories...
. This game made me feel seen in a lot of different ways - I found myself telling my partner - 'This was made for me to play...'
Truly a rare gem of an experience. Playing this was like listening to a sad song, when you're already hopelessly sad - a conduit for letting you feel the things you usually keep buried deep. And sometimes, that acceptance of the dark shit - is the best feeling in the world.
This story is going to stick with me for a long time <3

This game is an absolute 10/10! As a long-time fan of the LIS franchise, I was super looking forward to this game and i definitely feel like while it was pretty "woke", it had the same cozy and story rich vibe the LIS franchise keeps at.

🌟 A Beautifully Crafted Narrative Experience 🌟
Tell Me Why is an absolutely delightful game with a deeply rich backstory and multi-dimensional characters that feel real and lived-in. The storytelling is masterfully done, keeping me engaged and eager to uncover more with every chapter.
What truly sets this game apart is the way it delicately and inclusively handles LGBTQI+ issues. The representation feels genuine, respectful, and woven seamlessly into the narrative, making it all the more impactful. The emotional depth of the story left me moved, and the choices felt meaningful, shaping a truly personal experience.
If you're looking for a beautifully told story with heart, mystery, and well-developed characters, Tell Me Why is a must-play. Highly recommended!

Not on par with the quality of Life Is Strange in terms of story, for a game that's supposed to be sensitive/inclusive, it sure manages to ride on cliches/stereotypes almost as much as a game made by/for conservatives

I found the story dull and predictable, the characters felt shallow with little or no emotional connection to me as the gamer.
Loved the original 'Life is strange' and was blown away by 'Before the storm' so the genre is definitely my thing, just not this game sadly.
