Also hatte es mir erst hier bei steam gekauft. hab normale Edition für ps2. Dachte mir special edition zu den Preis hole ich mir. Dann die Probleme: vollbild gibs keine Einstellung nur Fenster Modus. Spiel ist komplett in Englisch, obwohl Oberfläche und Untertitel deutsch sein sollten, laut shop Angaben. Nichts dergleichen lies sich einstellen. Das nächste war die Steuerung. Bewegen nur mit rechten analog stick, statt wie man es gwohnt ist mit linken analog stick. Verrrenkung pur. Gleichzeitig rechten stick und die knöpfe drücken für Angriffe fast unmöglich. Kauft es euch nicht für steam bzw für Pc. schlechte Umsetzung

also die das sind mit wohl die am schlechtesten angelegten 5 euro meines lebens ich liebe diese games aber am pc unter win 10 der horror game pad lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen und es ist nur im fenstermodus spielbar und tastatur wird ganicht erkannt egal was man auch versucht und macht absolut nicht zufrieden ....

Dafür das ich das spiel so liebe, muss ich hier ein dickes minus geben. mein kontroller wird zwar unterstütz, aber mit komplett verdrehter steuerung und auf der Tastatur ist es gar nicht spiel bar, da viele tasten doppelt belegt sind und ich die tasten belegung, warum auch immer, nicht ändern kann. hatte gedacht, das es evtl mal eine ausbesserung dieser kleinen fehler gibt, aber nach ein paar monaten beachtete ich das spiel wieder und alles war beim alten. Auch finde ich es seltsam, das bei mir das Spiel weder auf deutsch läuft, noch deutscher untertitel kommt. sehr entäuschend da ich ein riesen Fan von dante bin. das es hier zu spielen, würde ich wirklich jedem ans herz legen: kauft euch eine Konsole (oder wenn ihr eine habt) kauft es euch dafür und nicht für den PC. ich grabe dafür sogar wieder meien PS2 vom dachboden, aber hier ist es für mich absolut unspielbar.

Introduction: This was the 3rd installment in the series and by a lot of people considered to be the best. It's a fun Hack n Slay game, with a lot of humor and probably one of the best games of it's kind. Story 5/10: The game starts out by telling you the story of the legendary Dark Knight Sparda, who sealed the devils in their realm and later on had two sons. You play as one of those sons, whose name is Dante. His twin-brother Vergil let a tower appear, that is a Link between the humand and the devil realm. Dante now goes on an adventure to stop his brothers madeness and kick some ass. Gameplay 10/10: It's an easy to learn, but hard to master type of game. The camera can get a bit of annoying while platforming, but after a while, you get used to it. The fighting itself has probably the best system I've ever seen in these kinds of games. You can link so many combos together, do awesome stunts, etc, that you'll never be bored. The game is a bit hard for newcomers, but it's rather forgiving and gives you a lot of variety to play in your own style. Graphics 9/10: For it's time, the graphics were rather good. Sure, there are opticaly more refined games, but this one looks not bad. Atmosphere and Unlockables +3 points: The atmosphere is very well done. You always have this kind of devasted-dead looking scenery around you, mixed with kickass music, that will make you enjoy it a lot. Also, you can unlock a lot of Demon Arms(Weapons) and Guns, as well as 2 new styles, which makes it a total of 6 styles. You can also get some costumes, every time you play through a difficulty. If you beat the game at least once, you unlock a new type of "New Game", where you can play the game as Vergil and the Bloody Palace. There you can show how good you have become and fight through hordes of monsters. Conclusion: It's probably the best game of it's kind, packed with a lot of humor and great moments. You are running around as this white haired badass, who can always make jokes, no matter how serious it gets. If you like these kinds of games, you'll definitly enjoy it. Total Rating: 9/10

I really had to think about if I should really recommend it. [u]I do not recommend it at this time because: [/u][list] [*]Dmc HD Collection is coming [*]You have to mod this game to get it to work in a proper reso, plus you have to mod the controls. (It's not hard to do it but it's not nice to have to do it because the devs should in first line do it). [*]Also if the collection comes out, you miss out on part 1 and 2.[/list] [u]I can tell the pros if you get it now, are:[/u][list] [*]You dont have to wait for the collection to come out and you already can mod it with not many mods but there are some nice mods out there for example StyleSwitcher which allows to switch modes like in dmc4. [i]I still gonna give a thumb up, for the fun i have with this game even if it deserves a thumb down, if you think about it objectively.[/i]

I am a huge fan of the DMC games. This one was my favriote, but after spending nearly an hour trying to figure out why i can not go full screen on a game in 2015 or why the controller is back ass wards i realized God or steam just wants to ruin my child hood. You are better off buying a Ps2, buying dmc 3 on ps2, and shoving your pc up your ass for letting steam make you belive you were going to get to experience something amazing from your past. I pray to God who ever created the pc version looses their whole family in the worst possiable way you could ever imagine. do not waste your money on this!!!! If you do not have a ps2 and you only have a pc and you want to relive the experience you are better of spending your money on meth or crack, striping naked and watching someone eles play it on youtube.

Der schlampigste PC-Port den ich je gesehen habe. Ohne alle Tasten auf der Tastatur durchzuprobieren wäre ich nichtmal in die Optionen gekommen, denn statt ENTER muss man K drücken. K ist übrigens im Spiel zum Springen und damit fängt die Miesere an. Die Steuerung am PC verlangt mindestens 3 Hände und ein paar Jahre Klavierunterricht. Die Grafik ist selbst für 2006 eine Zumutung - also schlicht eine billige 1:1 Playstation Kopie. Es ist nichts Special, außer dass die Tastenbelegung in vielen Menüs einfach gar nicht funktionkiert. Das ganze Spiel spielt sich als wäre es frisch aus den 90ern nur eben mit einer beschissenen Steuerung. Achja an die Experten, die meinen es geht nur im Fenstermodus: ALT+ENTER ist standard für Fullscreen seit ewigen Zeiten und funktioniert auch hier.

Ich war begeistert, endlich wieder mein Lieblingsspiel zocken. ABER denkste! Die Contollerbelegungs-Optionen sind nur sehr eingeschränkt. Und der Erkennt und belegt nur den Rechten Analogstick zum bewegen (WTF?) Mit rechts bewegen und alle Aktionen gleichzeitig machen bei einem Spiel wo das zwingend unter Fullcontrol sein muss ist eher nicht optimal. Oder genauer: Unspielbar. Jedes Kack 2€ Indie Team schafft es den Controller zu supporten nur Capcom nicht? Oo

Warum gibt es dieses Scheiß Spiel noch auf Steam? Es steht nirgendwo das der Controller garnicht unterstützt wird und das es kein Vollbild gibt. Es kann nicht sein das man Mods runterladen muss um dieses Drecksgame zu spielen. Meiner meinung nach ist das einfach nur Abzocke. Eigentlich liebe ich Devil May Cry aber das ist nicht nur eine bodenlose scheiße die sie hier abliefern, sondern am liebsten würde ich die leute einfach nur zusammen schlagen die erlaubt haben das man das hier rein stellt. Ich bin einfach nur noch angepisst von solchen Geldgeilen bastarden

Absolut schlechte PC-Umsetzung. Auflösung ist nicht zu verändern, das heisst man spielt in einer Auflösung von 640x480 Pixel - Sehr unangenehm auf einem 27Zoll Bildschirm. Die Steuerung ist aboslut mies, angeschlossen habe ich einen Xbox360 Gamepad, den Protagonisten steuert man mit dem rechten Analog-Stick anstatt mit dem linken Stick, was deutlich angenehmer wäre, auch das kann man nicht einstellen. Keine Empfehlung!
