SEHR SEHR GEIL! Das Spiel ist ein klein wenig inspiriert von anderen namenhaften Skateboardspielen.. aber das Gameplay selber ist komplett NEU, nicht einfach nur ein Taste drücken und deine Figur macht was es machen soll, NEIN, hier wird ein sehr nahes Gefühl zum echten Skaten gegeben. Klar ich mach alles mit den Händen und nicht mit den Füßen, aber die Bewegungen und Tastenkombinationen sind so intuitiv dass es einfach sehr ähnlich wie Skaten anfühlt. mit dem Vorteil dass man die Tricks doch sehr gut landen kann und wenn es einen auf die Fresse haut tut es nicht weh XD also Fazit: ich fühl mich wie ein Pro Skater, ohne Gefahr mein Bein zu brechen XD

Skateboarding is not a Crime! VR Skater von DEFICIT Games ist die einzige ernstzunehmende Skateboardsimulation die es z.Zt. in VR gibt. Allerdings sei gleich gesagt, dass sich das Spiel noch im Early Access befindet und noch nicht allzu viel Inhalt bietet. Im Moment gibt es nur eine Map und eine Lagerhalle, in der man die verschiedenen Tricks erlernen kann. Ein Skateboardspiel in VR wird natürlich mit den Füßen gesteuert, nein leider gibt es hierfür keine Möglichkeit. Wir fahren und steuern das Brett mit den Controllern und machen mit ihnen auch die Tricks. Die Handbewegungen, die dafür erforderlich sind, um das Board springen, drehen und flippen zu lassen, sind im Prinzip genauso, wie wir unsere Füße bewegen müssten. Das ist sehr abgefahren und funktioniert erstaunlich gut. Tricks die ich früher schon nicht gut konnte, schaffe ich hier auch nicht auf Anhieb. Bis ich endlich einen „Shuvit“ gestanden habe dauerte es schon etwas. Vor allem bis ich den richtigen hinbekommen habe. Während ich den verlangten Trick übte, habe ich versehentlich andere Tricks gemacht. Bei den „Manuals“ habe ich dann leider aufgeben müssen. Die Tricks sind wirklich nicht einfach zu meistern, fühlen sich aber alle „richtig“ an. VR Skater vermittelt so eine hohe Immersion. Die Abfolge der Bewegungen und das Drücken der Knöpfe verlangt schon viel Konzentration und ist für mich alten Recken schon etwas zu viel, wenn man auf der Map herumskatet oder eine Challange bestreiten will. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2475520427 Somit habe ich meine Zeit dann hauptsächlich mit dem Üben der Tricks verbracht. Das hat auch Spaß gemacht. Aber da VR Skater noch ea ist, ist es nicht ohne Fehler. Die Erklärungsfenster für die einzelnen Tricks könnten viel mehr Information beinhalten. Oft wird nicht klar, wie man den Controller halten soll oder wann wie lange oder oft ein Knopf gedrückt werden soll. Auch das Drehen auf der Stelle, wenn man steht ist bisher etwas unglücklich gelöst und lässt nur einen kleinen Winkel zu. Das ist Schade, weil VR Skate z.Zt. hauptsächlich aus dem Tutorial, der Akademie besteht. Die Grafik in VR Skate ist gut. Die Texturen passen und der Schulhof sowie die Halle sehen realistisch aus. Aber noch besser als die Grafik, ist der Sound. Nicht nur das Rollen der Räder und Klicken des Bretts hören sich toll an, die Musik ist klasse ausgewählt worden. Es gibt Punk und Hiphop zu hören. Mit der tollen Musik auf den Ohren und den richtigen Skills macht VR Skater bestimmt höllisch Spaß, wenn es einmal fertig ist. Die Steuerung ist erstaunlich intuitiv, wenn man sie mal begriffen hat und ich hoffe auf viel mehr Inhalt. Z.Zt. kann ich es allerdings nur echten Skateenthusiasten empfehlen, die erleben allerdings dann ein einzigartiges und fast realistisches Rollbretterlebnis. That was also fun. But since VR Skater is still ea, it's not without its faults. The explanation windows for the individual tricks could contain much more information. It's often not clear how to hold the controller or when to press a button, for how long or how often. Turning on the spot when you are standing is also a bit unfortunate so far and only allows a small angle. This is a pity because VR Skate currently consists mainly of the tutorial, the academy. The graphics in VR Skate are good. The textures fit and the schoolyard and the hall look realistic. But even better than the graphics is the sound. Not only do the rolling of the wheels and the clicking of the board sound great, the music has been chosen excellently. You can hear punk and hip-hop. With the great music on your ears and the right skills, VR Skater is bound to be fun as hell once it's done. The controls are surprisingly intuitive once you get the hang of them and I'm hoping for a lot more content. At the moment, however, I can only recommend it to true skate enthusiasts, who will then experience a unique and almost realistic rollerboard experience.
