While I really enjoyed my time playing this game, after playing a couple dozen dungeon-manager type games in my life, I'm not sure I could recommend this game for the price. While the premise is fun, It's rather basic, and there isn't a lot of variety in minions, traps and strategies. From a roguelike perspective you will be underwhelmed. There's very little that happens during your runs that makes it much or any different from any others. Very little things you obtain change your win-condition or strategy. In fact, the characters you play themselves don't play much differently from each other. It's easily completable in a couple hours and those hours will feel samey. There's a couple DLC's, which is fine? But the base content is so shallow, and I'm sure the DLC characters are similar experiences. Like I said, It's a fine enough game. It's enjoyable. I'd rather not spend 20 bucks on it, though. Maybe 10? Definitely not a third of a triple-a.

Surprised at how addicted i got to this. rogue-lite that lets you play as the monsters in a dungeon crawl. Each week you select a random upgrade for monsters, traps, bosses, promotions, etc. Certain weeks you fight hero squad who come attack the dungeon you built.
