Fun little romp of a game. Decent metroidvania style, but it's light-hearted and colorful. An outlier in it's gameplay and art style compared to the genres usual "darker" tones. It's also a Dreamcast game that was released in 2020, so sparked my interest as well. Playtime and full completion is short and sweet. Nothing felt overbearing or annoying by any means, although it was nearly too easy. This is a game that I would say is tailored to kids or players who've never played a metroidvania game to get a taste of the bigger, grittier adventures other titles offer.
