The final season of The Walking Dead was nothing short of a masterpiece. From the moment I started playing, I could feel the weight of Clementine’s journey. She had grown from a scared little girl into a strong, capable young woman, but the world around her remained as unforgiving as ever. Every decision felt more meaningful than ever before, as the stakes were higher, and the emotional toll of each choice was palpable. As I watched her try to protect the group she had formed and hold on to whatever humanity was left in this brutal world, I couldn’t help but get swept up in the story.
What really hit me hard was the sheer emotional depth the game brought with its characters. It wasn’t just about surviving the apocalypse; it was about relationships, love, sacrifice, and the relentless pursuit of hope in a world that seemed to offer none. The moments with AJ, Clementine’s surrogate son, were especially gut-wrenching, as I saw them both navigate a world where even the smallest mistakes could have devastating consequences. As the season came to a close, I found myself in tears, not just because of the inevitable loss that the series is known for, but because of how connected I had become to these characters. Saying goodbye to them felt like losing friends I had spent years with.
Looking back, The Walking Dead: The Final Season is one of the best games I’ve ever played. It’s not just a game; it’s an emotional journey that doesn’t shy away from the harsh realities of life and death. The way it handled themes of survival, trauma, and family was powerful, and the game’s ability to evoke such raw emotion made it stand out from the crowd. By the end, I was left reflecting on the choices I had made, the lives I had shaped, and the impact this game had on me. It’s an unforgettable experience that will stay with me for a long time, and it deserves its place as one of the greatest games of all time.
made me bust 10/10 play again and buy this shit

Great game.
Its a shame that it was the final game from Telltale Games, but it was a great way to go out.
They introduced new mechanics and some callbacks from the previous games.

Best series I've played so far in this genre. Truely marvelous story telling, I always a bit skeptical about key choices but still it makes me wanna play more of these stuff.. I hope another trio is made based on these.

after i finish this season its make me speechless and cry especially when i thought clem was gonna die. nonetheless i think this was the best season out of all of them what truly stood out to me was how the game balanced action, heart, and tough choices. Clementine’s growth as a character throughout the series has been incredible, and in the final season, we get to see her fully embrace her role as a protector, mentor, and survivor. watching her evolve from the scared little girl we met in season 1 to the strong, capable woman she is now was an incredibly satisfying experience. The emotional depth and maturity that the game infused into her character made every moment feel like it truly mattered. ultimately, this was the perfect conclusion to Clementine’s journey. It wrapped up her story in a way that was both satisfying and bittersweet, leaving me with a sense of closure while still feeling the weight of the journey we’d all been on together. I can honestly say this game is one of my favorites in the series, and I’ll be revisiting it for years to come. If you’re a fan of the franchise, The Final Season is a must play it’s a fitting end to an unforgettable story. 1000000000/10

I'm a bit late, I know it... I completely forgot about the Final Season. I kinda enjoyed it, 'cos it puts an end to Telltale's TWD... but in general I had liked the others most.
Pros+:

One song in particular, 'Waiting Around to Die' which comes from Breaking Bad soundtrack.

Teenage Clementine.

Really annoying, f*cking way devs made replay/reload episodes/acts: can't choose between acts, MUST play the entire episode again in case you didn't realise you've missed an achievement.

In case you want to play again, to get completionist, can't skip cutscenes, dialogs or anything. Just can't (have that in mind). Two really, really stupid bad ideas that one stupid as*hole pulled out of its butt.

Boring, shallow, uninteresting characters compared to the other seasons (specially 'young CJ' and his trigger-happy .38).

Camera sensitivity is way better using a controller (xbox in my case) than mouse, which is insane!

Can't get my previous choices, even logged in.

The game is fine, ok? But a lot worse than the previous ones. Weak story, bland characters. It finishes up the series, which is good: another game like this could leave the whole franchise in a ditch.
I finished it in ~13h, another 7h to get some missed achievs.('cos of world's dumbest idea of non skippable cutscenes/dialogs)
It's a 7/10.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season is not just a game; it's an emotional rollercoaster that is impossible to forget. This installment concludes Clementine’s legendary story—and does so brilliantly. Every scene is filled with tension, every decision feels truly important, and the ending is something that sends shivers down your spine.
The graphics are more stylish, the gameplay feels more dynamic, and the characters are so real that it feels like you’re living their fates alongside them. The soundtrack? Perfect. The atmosphere? Flawless. The story? The best in the series!
If you’ve ever loved Telltale games, then Final Season is their masterpiece. It’s not just a game; it’s a work of art that will make you laugh, cry, and feel every second along with the characters. The ending is powerful, profound, and incredibly moving.
A must-play, 10/10, no doubt!
