If you like games similar to Wand Wars, you'll like this one. Game is pretty straightforward, the trailer shows you everything there is to see. Haven't tried the multiplayer, so I don't know if there is a playerbase or not, but single player is proving adequate, with a variety of game types. You can even pit the AI against itself and just watch them have at it, and the ability to name your opponents is a nice touch; I would however like to see more customization options and colors, as there aren't a lot of wizard types to choose from. And of course, there is a level editor if you want to make your own maps, which is pretty cool.
The only complaint I have is that it is easy to forget that the portal effect while a fireball is being summoned can kill you; I think it would be better if this were not the case. Other than that they did a great job, and I got exactly what I expected!
