Good stuff. Lets list some: Marauders: I enable these always now. A negative about them is their passivity and limited actions that they have but they spice things up locally quite nice. You will also find yourself paying tribute to these guys to not attack. They dont ask much as they fight each other mostly. But give an extra incentive and they will attack someone you don't like so consider these guys like a powerful merc nation with a few systems positioned somewhere central that can be poked and prodded. Perks and Civics: Good additions. Doesn't break anything but they are not over or under performing either. I'll be neutral on these. Colossus and Titans: These come to play late game and they spice things up just right if you are in stale mate or having a high pressure moment with either L-gate bogies or War, War in Heaven or just end game Crisis. They are not mandatory but the path to getting them and using the properly is long and satisfying. All in all i consider this a good addon to the base game.

Stephen Muray needs to take his hat for singlehandly sinking this game. Paradox won't get a single cent from me until he's gone.
