Is it the best Fighting Game? Heck no.
Is it fun and actually possible to get friends to play? Heck yes.
It has franchises my friends like in it, and it has simplified controls. I can help my friends learn the game and have fun with them. Which is a big deal to me.

This is not a good game.
That being said, it is ridiculously fun to kick the ass of the Yu Narukami and Tohru Adachi tag team as Akatsuki from Akatsuki Blitzkampf and Naoto Kurogane from BlazBlue while playing on a stage from Under Night In-Birth with Armed and Ready from RWBY Volume 4 pounding in the background. The game's a pure novelty but god is it a novelty I enjoy indulging in.
