This is a really fun game that I think people are missing out on due to not having fancy graphics.
Firstly, the sheer amount of content you're getting is great for VR. Secondly, the controls and ship mechanics are *solid*. Third, the comfort options are awesome. The biggest issue in VR right now is shallow/poorly programmed games, and I would say that Gem Hunter is an example of a well programmed game with lots of passion and nostalgia for Super Mario 64 behind it.

A vr homage to the platformers of old. I played utilizing the standing settings and had no problems with motion sickness.

The game appears well constructed. The visual assets are a bit clunky, but overall nicely done. Signs are relatively easy to read, the controls are easy to learn, and the audio is cute. Play is a little bit simplistic but I admit I wasn't able to get deeper than beyond the tutorial and finding the first yellow diamond due to VR sickness.
If you don't get VR sickness, you might like this one. It brings back fond memories of StarFox and I really liked the level exploration concepts. If you do get VR sickness, Gem Hunter may set you off in under 3 seconds.
