Very much reminds me of a game along the lines of Journey, just a very cool vibe with great music and relaxing and interesting storytelling without dialogue.

Fun little game but i expected more from the story. Definetly not worth full price but if you can get it cheap its worth a try for a relaxing couple of hours

Out-and-out beautiful journey. Genuinely cute yet haunting apocalyptic world. Replaying the game is oddly exciting since the faster you go through it, more musical and rhythmical the experience gets. You'll notice many unseen details too. Ps. Absolutely loved the place and atmosphere when you reach 9001km. :')

I knew about such genre as "road movie" and watched some of those, but being a part of a "road game"? Wonderful, magical experience that touched strings of my soul i never knew i had. I dont want to deep dive into positives or negatives of this game. Because they do not matter. The road matters, and it calls... This is a must-play game, the art, the feeling that needs to internalize this experience

it is a beautiful game. Short but sweet. Great for lovers of dystopia. Dark r and yet hopeful enough to give a touching story of a little girl's journey. Would highly recommend

This game really impressed me. Without words, without the usual plot, but with an atmosphere capable of arousing a whole storm of emotions. All this is complemented by a soundtrack that accurately conveys the feeling of loneliness and hope. I especially liked how the game forms an attachment to transportation - it becomes not just a means of transportation, but a faithful companion in the journey. It's a rare case when student work becomes real art. The game proves that even without words you can tell a powerful story. This project deserves your attention. And I assure you, it will stay in your memory for a long time. Recommendations: Play through with headphones, at night and in one playthrough. The game is 4 hours long.

If you're looking for a chill game you can play with a controller, this is it. A atmospheric "the journey is the story" sort of game. Travel across the wastes in your sand sailer (as I called it) in search of a new home. Casual vehicle management with light puzzle elements when you stop your Sailer. A short, but enjoyable experience you can finish in under five hours.

The atmosphere is top notch but gameplay and story feel underdeveloped. The former being rudimentary and tedious, the latter lacking a clear direction. But that's just nitpicking. The game IS a complete gorgeous experience.

Very decent adventure with easy puzzles and nice vistas, along with a depressing apocaliptic narrative setting, with just the right ammount of hope.

If you love atmospheric games with a touch of engineering, FAR: Lone Sails is a must-play. It’s not just a game—it’s an experience. Imagine taking a steampunk-ish hybrid land-sailing machine across a desolate world, solving small mechanical puzzles while keeping your ship in motion. No dialogue, no enemies—just you, your machine, and the sound of the wind. 🔹 Graphics & Atmosphere: Minimalistic yet breathtaking. The world feels lonely but strangely peaceful, with dynamic weather and hauntingly beautiful landscapes. 🔹 Gameplay: A mix of resource management, light platforming, and physics-based puzzles. It’s a relaxing but engaging challenge—kind of like being a one-person pit crew for your own moving home. 🔹 Sound Design: Top-tier. The lack of dialogue makes every mechanical clank, every gust of wind, and every subtle musical cue hit differently. The soundtrack kicks in at just the right moments, making your journey feel epic. 🔹 Tech Vibes: If you enjoy tinkering with machines, you’ll love maintaining and upgrading your vessel. Watching the engine run smoothly after a perfect fuel-up is weirdly satisfying. 🔹 Overall: This game is short but unforgettable. It's not about reaching a destination—it’s about the journey and the small victories along the way. Perfect for those who love exploration, engineering, and a bit of solitude.
