Overall a decent dlc that claimed my only deaths in the game, You can't play it all until chapter 3 but it's worth the time for what it rewards you with and it had a fun boss fight at the end.
The only downside being you can only remove debuffs from only two categories out of 6.
So for an example what you can remove is the -100% hit chance on a mod that gives you 85% damage increase & 55% crit rate. which yeah cool but here's a example you can't change.
You can't mess with any mods that changes the weapons default settings, So you can turn weapons into turrets but if you do you are going to have 4 negative traits making it useless since you can't remove the debuffs.
Which yes you can add more gem slots to negate the effect of the negative traits but it would of been simpler to just let you remove the debuffs the normal way.

6/10, story is mid,voice actor did a great job but the script is like BDL 3, just pure bunch of nothing and turning off the voice volume is a better way to play the game, the game play is good so i guess it is fine.

This DLC would almost be good but it was made by complete lobotomites who are responsible for one of missions being so bugged it was almost unbeatable. Still fun though

Way of the Wang is a set of trials in closed arenas that can be done in the co-op mode or single-player. Just survive and kill all the enemies!

Absolutely Wangtastic DLC, especially since its free so can't complain. It's only about 30 minutes long if you're level 42 like I was so you can pretty much fly through it. The boss is quite a challenge though but not impossible. The new weapon is pretty good, sadly I couldn't get the DPS as high as my Ryuken but its perks make up for that. The big thing with this is the ability to purify your gems which may be very useful however it costs quite a lot of orbs which is a bit of a problem, although I was only trying it on them ultra rare orange gems so it's probably cheaper on the more common gems. Overall pretty solid stuff, look forward to more in the future.

This game has incredible gameplay and is all around very very fun. The downsides is if you stick with certain weapons for too long the fights become repetitive, and the story isnt as good as the first one. The story is still good though and as long as you dont use the same weapon to much its awesome!

Con:
- Deaths in these Trials feel cheap because of some annoying arena design choices. Thick bushes and trees keep blocking the camera. Lava almost instantly kills you.
Pros:
- It's free.
- Fist of Gozu is a welcome addition to the weapon collection, though I like chainsaw katanas better.
- Upgrades with the Orbs of Masamune add more to the game.

What gaming company releases their content for free? a chance to milk their community for cash and they make it free? i dunno how to take this...it..it brings me back to my younger days of gaming back when devs actually cared about their fans.. brings a tear too my eye.. i haven't been this emotional since...well..since they started charging me to be emotional.
