It's just the good old cash grab, nothing more.
But I really wanted to support the developers.
This thing just doesn't make the game better.
It simply should have been in the base game.
Buying this type of garbage is just pointless.
I bought DLC's to support Avalanche Studios.
That's the only reason why I purchased this.
If you want to support them, you can buy it.
But I simply have to give it a negative review.
This honestly doesn't increase your playtime.
And modders can do things like this for free.
I do hate paid DLC's with zero playtime value.
A campaign DLC would really be much better.

Non-essential vehicle DLC. [b]Chevalier Classic[/b] gives you a car, and much like the Monster Truck DLC you'll probably never use it, sure it's one of the fastest cars in the game and has great handling but it's probably not going to be of much use to you in game, with the exception of races which I never really did. If you're going to pick it up get it on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.

It's in the top 10 fastest cars in the game (nearly as quick as the unupgraded Traver-z), has a mass that's notably higher than most other sports cars (so it handles better and doesn't immediately go flying whenever you inevitably crash into something), but most importantly: has a unique design and looks great!
It costs 25k in the black market, which is arguably a bit much for a vehicle that doesn't come with any weapons (although that's still cheaper than most other black market vehicles). If you're the type of person who enjoys cruising around the map in a stylish car, then the chevalier classic is most definitely worth spending a dollar on.

Just like the other vehicle DLCs its useless. Firstly you need to buy it through the in game black market which means annoying menus, waiting and cutscenes. Congrats you wasted your time for a vehicle that can only drive on roads. Lets say you hit something or got shot or got out, walked a bit and ended up not being able to find your car again. Congrats now go to Step 1 and buy the vehicle all over again. Yeah you heard that right you need to spend in game money each time you wanna buy this vehicle. I have other complaints but really... Do you care? No you fucking don't. Why drive when you can fly? Oh you need to fly across the ocean and the grappling hook, parachute and the parachute thrusters aren't enough? Thats why helicopters exist, dummy!
-Literally 0 reason to use it.

I'll admit, i'm a sucker for classic looking muscle cars. The look, the sound of the engine, how it just feels peaceful to drive around in...
But this DLC just isn't worth it.
One car, no arms or armor and like all other Black Market items, you can't call this in for free after buying it once. Which is even more stupid since it's DLC.
A note i'll add at the end of DLC reviews: All DLC items you own will carry over to servers on the Multiplayer Mod that choose to run DLC items. However the rules on using items vary from server to server.

There's no use for this. There's lots of cars you can get in the game for free and honestly there's not much reason to drive ground vehicles at all since it's so easy to steal a helicopter, -which is the most practical vehicle in the whole game.

Step 1: Buy car while you have 5 heat.
Step 2: Attempt to get into car.
Step 3: Run away from car as it was shot and is now on fire.
LATER
Buy car with no heat, drive it perfectly, then accidentally hit government guy, he shoots car and it blows up!
Word of advice, only buy when 0 heat and want to drive.

It looks cool, and it's fast. That's about it.
Oh yeah, and like the other DLC vehicles, it can be used to shortcut the "Trying Anything Once" achievement
