This vehicles is amazing. He has a great machine gun and big rocket luncher, and most importantly he can drive on land and water.

It's just the good old cash grab, nothing more.
But I really wanted to support the developers.
This thing just doesn't make the game better.
It simply should have been in the base game.
Buying this type of garbage is just pointless.
I bought DLC's to support Avalanche Studios.
That's the only reason why I purchased this.
If you want to support them, you can buy it.
But I simply have to give it a negative review.
This honestly doesn't increase your playtime.
And modders can do things like this for free.
I do hate paid DLC's with zero playtime value.
A campaign DLC would really be much better.

Non-essential vehicle DLC. [b]Agency Hovercraft[/b] is the only amphibious vehicle for Just Cause 2. The Agency Hovercraft can travel on both water and land, is armoured and has mounted guns. It's a lot of fun to use and worth getting on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.

Looks cool as hell right?! Well its not! It has the same issues as the monster truck DLC. Yeah its a cool fucking vehicle but I need to pay in game money for it each time I wanna use it. I have to go through the boring black market menus each time I wanna buy it. If I lose it I need to buy it again. Most importantly it drives on land and sea but why would I bother with that when a helicopter or plane is better, faster and can take me wherever it fucking flies after all.

-Like the monster truck 0 reason to use it.
Just steal a helicopter. Or use your parachute and grappling hook. Or steal a plane. Hell you really want to buy a vehicle from the black market? Buy a damn plane. It'll get you to your destination faster, it doesn't have to follow roads and its not stuck to using the sea either. It fucking flies and you can still destroy air and ground targets with it.

This is barely a recommendation. 50/50 at most.
The Agency Hovercraft is probably the only good vehicle from the DLC packs. Able to go on land (with great difficulty controlling it) and on water (why bother aside from looking for loose collectables in the water?) and armed with a tank cannon and minigun. Those... Pesky military boats won't stand a chance! Though you could just use a helicopter. Far superior, freely stolen from any military airport installation, and more importantly, NOT DLC.
My Black Market rant continues. Can't freely be called after buying the DLC or buying it from the Black Market. Your money runs dry, your DLC fun stops. Go make a new save file.

A great DLC item, one of the best weapons/vehicles in game. Comes with an autocannon, minigun, has the armour of a tank, and is amphibious! However it's really expensive so you're rarely gonna use it. Overall a great DLC, but if you're gonna buy it be sure to get a mod to make it somewhat affordable.

This is *almost* as pointless as the other vehicle DLC items, but the fact this works as a boat and on land and comes with a really powerful cannon means you can employ it during various faction missions where you have to shoot out an escaping enemy. It's very easy to blow things up with this.
