A Nice Game
I really like the colossus fights—they’re epic and enjoyable. However, the survival mechanics are annoying and boring, and I don’t like the combat system at all.
If you're planning to play this game, I recommend setting it to easy difficulty. That way, you can enjoy the experience without having to deal too much with the frustrating survival system.
As a Shadow of the Colossus clone, it has potential, but it could definitely be better.

It's hard to describe how I feel about this game, it's very much a love hate feeling. I love the Shadow of the Colossus feeling you get when you attempt to climb on the beasts and take them down, I love the open exploration and more interaction with the environment, visuals are great and the characters are wonderfully done and I enjoy the world building aspects that immerse you into that snowy, desolate wilderness.
I hate the buggy physics when climbing anything that's not a vertical surface and always fighting with the camera angle, some aspects of the story are a little too vague or ambiguous for my liking, I know part of the charm is piecing together the story but you need more storytelling aspects to make the connections clearer to a degree otherwise it ends up being a forgettable tale. I don't mind the survival aspect but I would like a better system to make gear, even having a chest in the main hub area that you could store resources in would be amazing.
Overall I would say I do like this game, it's a short boss rush with something of a story that is being held together by decent world building, characters and combat. I would only recommend getting this if it is on sale for 70% or more.

Like a watered down version of Shadow of the Colossus, but very basic and easy. Go to the boss, figure out the little puzzle. Hit the 3 points of attack 3 times each and win. Still fun, but my fondness of SotC might be impacting my review. 7/10

It's good for what it is, that being a 3D adventure game that wears its Shadow of the Colossus and Breath of the Wild influences not just on its sleeve, but quite proudly on its chest. It falls short of its forebears, it has the bugginess one has come to expect from a former kickstarter project, and the survival mechanics (namely the blizzards) very nearly ruined the game for me, but the price is right and you can feel the passion the devs had.
