I decided to give this game thumb down. Becasue in game music is super dull. it makes me furious. Listen up guys. this game is cool, game is fun. but with this music, I feel myself flagging. Devs definitely have good sense of game developing Such as gameplay, UI Design, Font Design, Sense of Control and Sound effect. Devs have good sense of these. but, BUT!! Decisively, devs have no sense of choosing music. this is super bad. OK. you can buy this game if you never care about game music and if you like dull music in trailer, I recommend you guys to buy this game. because gameplay has potential, it is quite cool. and except music, game is polished pretty well. it is worth for the price. but, I will give thumb down, for developers and players. with this feedback they will realize how in game music is important. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I changed my mind to give thumb up because Devs promise me music will be updated very soon. and I know how important the first feedback is. but if they don't update or update dull music. I will give thumb down again. Thanx

Check out my full review @ https://vivereport.com/2016/10/03/tame-your-inner-mech-monster-with-super-kaiju/ Super Kaiju is definitely worth a look as it's already very polished with solid gameplay and consistent updates. It's a fun PvP shooter with depth hiding under the surface. The multiplayer especially is really a fun experience, so if any of your Steam friends have the game, I would highly recommend giving it a shot and sending them a challenge.

An excellent game that is very fun to play with friends, it also has an awesome unlockable system that doesn't feel force and keeps the game enjoyable! Must buy if you love rts with some aiming skill involved!

I'm going to keep updating the review, as I build playtime. This used to be more for the devs than potential buyers, but it's a fairly complete game now, in my opinion. OVERALL: I highly recommend this game, if you like competitive, pick up and play action / strategy mixes, you can't go wrong. This is a brilliant use of VR. In a nintendo'ey kind of way, I love how easy to pick up the game is, but hard to master - there's a few different strategies you can take. Still early access and multiplayer is limited due to number of players (but being worked on). Nice addition of new features, such as ranked mode, card deck selection etc. This is a fast paced, player vs player / strategy / card battle/ shooter game, thats got hidden depth, is vibrant , with nice crisp graphics and presentation. This game is NOT simply a wave shooter, it feels very different. Marketing feedback - was a bit dissapointed that the game didnt use the same soundtrack as the advert on steam. The music and advert were enough to convince me to dive in now. Could do with a very brief tutorial , or PDF instruction book (how to pickup bombs etc) OLD STUFF / Change Log Update - 1hr played -> Very impressive, crisp graphics and good sound. Like the additions of playing practice while waiting for online - great move! Update - 2hr played (Sept 27th) --> Nice work on the card system, it certainly adds some more strategy and diversity to the play. This title is certainly stronger than it was on release, and is moving rapidly in the right direction (not that I had any complaints earlier!). Update 3hr played - Coming along really nicely now, performance is great, the new secondary weapons are a great idea and the balance of cards seems really good, I've found a couple of nice tricks , combinations and counters. Getting easier to find multiplayer matches. To be critical, the single music track is becoming a bit repetitive now, any chance of integrating the tralier music, or stuff of that style? Update 6hr - it's been a pleasure watching this title grow from early access. Improvements that I didn't even think were needed have crept in , such as the A.I Kaiju levelling with you, and their animated celebration dances if they beat you! I can't wait until I move into a sensible timezone where I can regularly play humans! This is a brilliant use of VR . Update 7hr - feedback on new ranked system added, really good move.

waves of enemys spawn in the middle, planes, helicopter looking things, and other flying objects. You stand on the opposite side from the enemy. Both of you try to kill the flying objects. when you kill an object you get stars... starts can be spent on barraging your opponent with missles or using a shield to defend against oncoming damage. The game is very basic right now, but it is a really neat and fun game. I love the idea behind the game and I cant wait to see it fill out more. There is no tutorial at this point and only one game mode, but its very polished and well done.. The game almost feels like the shooting in SPT, like your playing SPT against someone else head on and the one who kills the most gets the power ups. Right now ther are not many playing multiplayer so i cannot tell you how that works, but i do think this is a BUY NOW title.

I find myself getting on this game periodically to see if there are people to play against. When you start out you will get your ass handed to you if you go up against another player. It doesn't take very long to get the gear/items to be competative though. The practice option while waiting for a match is nice. Player base seems low. Too bad, this game is entertaining. Timing on skills is key. Game looks nice and plays smoothly

Hi really enjoyed this s great game. Fast and fun gameplay is a shooter. I thought it would be more movement and walking around like true robot combat. It is fun. The game seriously needs a small tutorial I didn't know what I was doing till about three games into it.

This game is great. It sucks it's not popular enough atm. I played with my friend and had a blast. The singleplayer is surprisingly really fun. When you have all the cards unlocked (which don't take much time to get) it gets really hectic especially when you play with friends. You can also unlock different kaiju's which and they all have different special weapons which I found cool. Again, it sucks that this game isn't popular enough atm, and I really hope it does because I can see this as a competitive strategy game.

I haven't played a whole lot of VR games yet but this is one of my favorites so far. It's a curious mix of a deck management card game with a wave shooter, I suppose. You kill mobs before your foe can in order to earn points to spend on the use of one of five or so cards you've drawn from your deck which might help you or hurt your foe. I didn't really know what to expect when buying it, but the result really tickles my fancy. It's challenge is in the mix of accurately shooting, managing your points, choosing your attack cards at the right time, and saving points for defensive cards to thwart your enemy's attacks. It suffers from a lack of explanation as to these mechanics, but you'll learn fast playing in single player. The early bot is easy to beat once you get used to the mechanics, then once you hit level 6 or so, the bot gets a lot harder to challenge you. I wish they let you choose the difficulty of the bot, though, as my friends can't beat the harder bot without the experience of the easier one first. It could also use a lot more players in MP right now. I've had the most luck playing against Chinese players late at night, which are pretty plentiful. I see a lot of room for future expansion in this game, with new cards, new kaijus and new weapons to choose from. I hope this game has a bright future.
