Wish you could give a mixed review. Controls are vague and wallowy. Can't be rebound without ini editing. Checkpoints instead of manual saves which would be ok if there weren't bugs. My game broke when I decided to explore a little and it let me go into a building 'too early'. The doors behind me hard closed and that was it, no way to get back to the mission. Like, did none of the designers know that some players are explorers? Lack of originality in sociopolitical themes - all the wonderful and talented and noble characters are female, all the key schemers and sellouts are male. This was getting overused and insulting even before the game released. On the plus side - the ambience is great, the premise is interesting, and the challenge is relaxed, or at least was up to the point I broke it. Heard about some difficulty spike near the end but it's too overtly sexist for me to bother redoing the last level to see it to completion.

There is a bug in Copernicus Outpost level at the beginning where AWE does not spawn, and you can't progress without it. Reloading does nothing.

This is a short, fun and intriguing game that has some puzzles and a pretty good story. The only thing I didn't like as much was the movement of the character, which during certain platforming segments became maddening. For the rest, it is a nice game to sink a few hours in.

Just plain boring. Movement is like drifting through molasses whether you're in zero G or just walking. ("Sprinting" is nothing of the kind.) Puzzles are repetitive, mostly looking around and finding things to take from point A to point B, and made incredibly frustrating by how long it takes to freakin' get anywhere. I was pushing through all this because the story was interesting, but after only 3 hours, the main crux of the story had been revealed. After that, there was nothing motivating me to slog through the rest of the game. I gave up and Googled the plot to see what I was missing. Answer: nothing I hadn't already guessed. Don't bother with this game.

Amazing game. It's not very long, with little over 5 hours of gameplay. The puzzle element starts of very simple, but do progress in difficulty during the play-through. It never gets really mind-breakingly hard, but that's a good thing. Character movement could be better but once used to it it's fine. The story is gripping, especially the further you go and uncover more and more. In the end it made me feel strong emotions when I ended the game, which hasn't happened to me in a long time. A definite recommend. Worth every penny.

I had to stop playing, I dont know if the story is good because it is repeated over and over again and barely progresses like I might struggle to understand basic concepts like "this base should be on and it is off actually" or "children should be alive ideally". The controls and gameplay also thinks I'm a total jackass and blatantly walks you through the excruciatingly obvious controls. Maybe once you get further into the moon base it gets less dull but I'll never know.

I have played Deliver Us The Moon four times now and I can say, the more I play, the better it gets. The game offers a good story, a beautiful soundtrack and stunning graphics. I loved exploring and solving the puzzles. Some parts are a bit stressful but I kinda like it because it makes the game more realistic. I highly recommend Deliver Us The Moon. Especially if you like space themed games.

I'd give this game 7/10. Well made, looks AMAZING, compelling story-line, reasonable voice acting, well paced, and some good puzzles. It also played well at epic settings (except RT) on a relatively meagre GTX1050 GPU. What let it down for me were the timed sequences. A few of them were fine and you had time to work out what to do, or to reconnoitre first using the ASE, but other times you're thrown into a situation with just a couple of minutes to survive and no idea what to do. I died A LOT! If these timed sequences were replaced with more puzzles, I'd give it a higher score. Additionally, I found it quite frustrating that there's no manual save option. All that said, I'm looking forward to playing the follow-up game.
