This DLC packs includes three guns. A quad rocket launcher that is devastating. A cluster bomb gun that is ok. I didn’t use it a lot. And then one of the best and most fun gun the DLC provides. It is basically a very powerful air gun. This is great fun then combined with the grappling hook. Try grappling someone to a lamppost and see how fast you can make them spin.

Everything in this DLC is basically Michael Bay's Cinematics with POD BOOM song and then, everything explode. Good for chaos and heavy destruction, but Ammo is so limited, since you can't picked it up from a reload crates.
It cost about $6000 in the Black Market.

Very useful and fun guns.
Quad Rocket Launcher is just what it sounds like.
Cluster Bomb Launcher can be tough to get the hang of due to its strong arc, but once you master that, it's very good for large groups of anything.
Air Propulsion Gun lets you mess around with the physics a bit.

Probably the most useful of the jc2 dlcs, these weapons (especially the quad missile launcher) are good for taking down big chaos items that require explosives, and colonels in the early game. the same criticism of all the other dlc weapons still apply tho, and that is that you need to keep buying ammo for them from the black market

More explosions, more destruction, more money!! I don't really care about the grenade launcher and the air propulsion gun thingy but I really like the quad rocket launcher. UNFORTUNATELY it eats up ammo really fucking fast and each time you want to get more ammo... Well you gotta go through the black market menus. Isn't it so great how you can buy one thing at a time from the black market? Isn't it so fun to waste your time with it when you could be doing other, better things then just looking at a menu over and over again because you wanted to buy 2 things?
+More explosions!
-You gotta deal with the annoying black market. All the time. Even for ammo. You're gonna need ammo a lot.
I'm giving it a thumbs up because I love the rocket launcher but its a very annoyed thumbs up. I hate the black market system, let me buy several things at once damn it! Stop wasting my time!

The Black Market Boom Pack has some cool weapons. Although it's interesting to me that this didn't get the Multi-Lock Rocket Launcher and instead got the Air Propulsion Gun.
Anyway, items include a Quad Rocket Launcher to throw four missiles at a single target, a Cluster Bomb Launcher to spew out dozens of small grenades to kill enemies (and likely stagger yourself), and the aforementioned Air Propulsion Gun, a weapon to send your enemies flying away. Also fun to use on vehicles.
Ammo comes expensive and eventually you'll run out of cash on your save game to keep them topped up. Because Avalanche didn't think of that ahead of time.
A note i'll add at the end of DLC reviews: All DLC items you own will carry over to servers on the Multiplayer Mod that choose to run DLC items. However the rules on using items vary from server to server.

Non-essential weapon DLC. [b]Black Market Boom Pack[/b] gets you the following;[list][*]Quad Rocket Launcher: It's a self explainitory rocket launcher that shoots 4 rockets at once, but once you consider having to buy the ammo frequently it easily becomes less practical than using the regular rocket launcher already found within the game but still late game you'll have more than enough money to cover your destructive tendancies.[*]Cluster Bomb Launcher: Basically a better grenade launcher, more destructive than ever. [*]Air Propulsion Gun: The best item found within this DLC pack, it's ridiculously fun to use and even better if you're using bolo patch for your grapple.[/list]Great piece of DLC, worth picking up on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.

The same criticism goes for this as nearly all the other guns you can buy via DLC: you have to keep buying more ammunition from the boring, repetitive, annoying Black Market. Just upgrade the standard machine and submachine guns and you can easily replenish your ammo for free via troop drops while maintaining an equivalent lethality.
...that being said however the air propulsion gun is greatly entertaining in a completely pointless and inefficient manner. I got $1 worth of laughs out of that gun.
