Just Cause 2: Monster Truck DLC DLC

this truck is included in the DLC but yet I need to purchase this vehicle using in-game cash? That's a lot of grinding to do.

Non-essential vehicle DLC. [b]Monster Truck DLC[/b] gets you a monster truck to use in game when bought from the Black Market, it handles better off road but is still slow and has like other large vehicles has poorer handling. Not really worth buying as you'll probably never use it more than once if at all. If you're going to get this regardless of my opinion then pick it up on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.

This is probably one of the best Vehicle DLCs and one of the few JC2 DLCs that I don't have a problem with. It's a little annoying to drive around, so bouncey and it can get destroyed quickly unless you keep moving from enemy fire. It has the big guns, a grenade launcher that can infinitly spam grenades fire your machine gun that is also attached to the grenade launcher, it has a high rate of fire and can do some devestating damage. Weapons are overpowered! The biggest problem of them all is that it is like the Chavalier Classic... you'll never use it. P.S I still don't support these DLCs. It's a bad practice for companies to sell item DLCs.

Best car "dlc". You can easy ram enemies and other vehicles. It has a machine gun and rocket launcher. Buy only on sale. I recommend.

A rather unsatisfactory addition in my opinion. Monster truck that doesn't go around flattening cars, easily destroyed by enemies. The machine gun is fine, the grenade launcher is arc city if you want to hit enemies and not kill yourself. Oh, and if you thought otherwise... Nope! After buying a piece of DLC and forking over the in-game cash, this isn't freely retrievable forever! Eventually the fun will run out when you can't afford to drop one. A note i'll add at the end of DLC reviews: All DLC items you own will carry over to servers on the Multiplayer Mod that choose to run DLC items. However the rules on using items vary from server to server.

I generally really dislike the vehicle DLCs. Here's the fun part about this DLC: Its a cool fucking vehicle! With guns and explosions! Thats what Just Cause is supposed to be all about right? Well yes but guess whats not fun about this DLC: You need to buy the vehicle again from the black market each time you lose it. I hope you have the in game money for it, I hope you have the time to deal with the boring black market and I hope you're only buying this because you can only buy 1 thing at a time from the black market. If there's a way to buy several things at once then I have not figured it out. +Cool vehicle. -Need to buy it again each time you lose it. That means dealing with the black market. No thanks. If it was like a "oh buy it once and then its free after that, you don't need to pay if you lose it" then I'd be a bit happier. And if the black market system was better, I'd be a lot happier. You're rarely gonna use vehicles anyways and any vehicle you do use is probably gonna be planes or helicopters cuz why travel on a road when you can fly directly to wherever you're going? And why waste money on a vehicle that if you lose you'll have to pay for again when you can just use your parachute, grappling hook and the parachute thrusters?

Is it useful? No, not really. It handles like a real monster truck, as in it tips over very easily. Does it crush cars with ease? No. It crushes them with an extreme degree of difficulty, and you're better off just firing grenades from the roof. Can you fire grenades from the roof? Yes. Is it awesome? Yes. Does it make a great cheap gift for people? Absolutely. This is what I get for absolutely everyone I know who has this game, because it's the same price as buying them a Hot Wheels toy, gives them an excuse to revisit Panau, and is so laughably narrow in use that it makes little sense for them to have bought it themselves. The cool factor is the one thing this has going for it, but it has it going for it [i]hard[/i].

It is expensive, and the tires can be shot out. Beware of using shooting the grenade launcher forward while driving fast as the grenades have the tendency to detonate underneath you. Once you figure out how to use it effectively, it is a solid vehicle. I recommend purchasing it when on-sale.

It has a Machine gun and Grenade Launcher too....... I can feel my money crawling out of my wallet as you read this.

It's a monster truck. Not enough? It has a machine gun on top. Still not enough? There's a grenade launcher, too.
