Decent camo skins. But these also change stats. Pay to Win?

Selling boosted versions of weapons as DLC... NOT acceptable in a multiplayer game.

Paid DLC. Either add the weapons in the game itself or not add them at all

The Lee-Enfield MK III (Camo) is a pretty solid rifle. It has good ballistics, high magazine capacity, good stability, and a high rate of fire for a bolt-action rifle. Its scope is nothing special, although the stability helps to offset this. The Kar98k (camo) is also a solid rifle. Its ballistics are good, and its rounds are hard-hitting. Magazine capacity is small, however, and the rate of fire and stability is less than the Enfield. The SVT-40 (Como) is also a good rifle with semi-automatic firing, a good scope, and powerful rounds. It is not very stable, however, and it has the worst ballistics of the three rifles in this pack. If you are interested in getting it, I suggest buying the season pass.
Conclusion
The only 1 good DLC weapon pack is Camouflage Weapons Pack as it gives you the best sniper rifle and machine gun and silenced pistol.
There is no point in buying any other weapon DLC pack as other weapons are loud and are mostly useless in campaign, and in multiplayer the ones from Camouflage Weapons Pack are better thanks to the skins that they come with.
I also think that all weapon DLC packs are just a quick cash grab for a few skins and all the weapons should be in the main game but were cut out to be sold as DLCs.

Three classic marksman's rifles with camo skins and alternate stats to their base versions. Despite what some of the reviews might have you believe, each of these weapons is unique, and fills a certain niche. Some are better than others, but all are viable options when modded correctly. Modifications are all unlocked automatically upon purchasing the pack, no exploration required.
Kar98k Camo: Five shots, massive damage, but the scope sway is atrocious. Modifications can help with this, but even so, this rifle is all but useless without Empty Lung. The lush green camo also looks somewhat out of place in the desert. Overall, this is a great long range rifle, but the unstable aim and low capacity cause it to fall apart somewhat up close.
SVT-40 Camo: On the other end of the spectrum, this rifle is an absolute joy up at close and medium ranges. Scope zoom isn't great, recoil is high, and velocity is low, but the stability is great, damage is servicible, and it fires semi-automatically with 10 rounds in the magazine. As such it tends to be more forgiving with misses and wounding shots. I wouldn't use it on distant targets, but within 50 metres, it doesn't get much better than this. If you're new to the game, and like the basic M1 Garand, this is a straight upgrade in every way.
Lee Enfield Mk.III Camo: Best of both worlds. This is my go-to rifle for just about any situation. It can easily reach out and touch targets well over 100 metres away, but it also has the accuracy and stability to deal with closer threats too. 10 rounds in the magazine is more than enough for any situation, and all of the other stats are either good enough or can be made good enough through modification to suit your needs. It's not the best at anything, but it's good enough at everything. And the camoflage pattern on this one is simply gorgeous.

Just 3 random rifles with nothing special about them. Aside from fact that they are made to be a part of bushes. While AI doesn't care about it, the multiplayer has a Ghille Suit skin, so with it and one of this rifle there is 2% additional percentage that some player might mistake you for a bush. And not some anthro-bush abomination.
Can be used in any modes.
Yea, stats are different from non-camo versions.
You can also note that they have all upgrades already unlocked, there is no need to find them in campaign.
