great game..does not need to be tweaked to work..hours of fun..

They apologize. Dungeon Keeper 2 does not apologize. It gives you a clawed hand and tells you to take. Gold matters. Fear matters. Power is not a gift. It is won. You feel the weight of it - the greed in your throat, the fear in your imps’ eyes. It is real. Time passes. New games shine bright and fade. But the dungeon is stone. It does not bend. Men still return to it. They laugh when their bile demons brawl. They curse when heroes storm their gates. They lean close to the screen, eyes sharp, and feel the old thrill: Mine. Mine. Mine. Men forget what it is to hunger. To want. To break something beautiful and build something better. The game remembers. It lets you be cruel. It lets you be clever. It does not ask you to save the world. It asks you to own it. There are games that tell stories. This one lets you write one. You are not a hero. You are the thing under the mountain. The dark that answers when fools knock. Some say it is old. They are right. Old like a knife. Old like a rock. Still sharp. Still hard. You play it. You remember: Fun does not rust. such a fun blast from the past

Absolutely one of the best games of all time, if you haven't played it, you NEED to.

old clasic, shame that on a new configuration pc .. has so many problems . but if you are ready to turn an blind eye for constant bugs , ect. game is gem! If some 1 have solution for problems on a new configuration pc's let me know, ty on the vesion 1.7 you cant rescrut Dark knights and dark angels (shame)

Great for the nostalgia! I recommend getting the fixed maps for the campaign before trying it though.

One of the all time greats that others try and copy but not yet found one that has the same slap stick depth.

one of my favorite childhood games!! still holds up VERY WELL. its a shame they never made any more dungeon keeper games : (

Get's a positive because it's childhood nostalgia for me, running around in first person is such a fond memory. But game crashes on me when I try to close it to the point I have to reset computer, the cinematics are a little laggy but game play is not. Really wish we got a remaster on these, but am glad to have the games again. Requires you to download programs to play (direct something?) does have multiplayer functions.
