A great game that made me realise with horror that I think of 2010's as the same nostalgia of the 90's. Its rare that city builders or other simulation games actually get complex quest-lines, and the ability to carry over survivors from past levels in great as it really gets you attached to some. My only complaint is the downer ending which kind of soured the whole experience. But I chose to go down fighting and them drag them down with me.
If they want to make unstoppable monsters then they succeeded cause I'M UNDETERABLE.[/spoilers]

I real disappointment compared to the previous games, which were a lot simpler but I liked them more. Moving more towards a full arcade, not serious style was a turn off. There was no real interesting innovation since rebuild 2. I just can't take it seriously. I don't find it very fun either. I played through it still but it was meh. The story was kinda lame. Rebuild 1 had the best direction, 2 introduced cool features but 1 still had the best setting. Adding individual skills to characters was the downfall in my opinion has it became less about numbers and more about basically main characters/heros.

A terrible game that is not like the first two. Absolutely asinine gameplay.
