An excellent roguelike. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of the gameplay at first. After a few runs, the game unfolds into very diverse mechanics. An incredibly surprising title.

Really fun and good game. Tons upon Tons of potential; that being said the game as is, is also really good. I just want more! more items, more mechanics, more side stories more towns folk to talk to and maybe do missions for. I just want more haha

Amazing core systems, combat is responsive and fast, great built int QoL, builds are flexible and deep. Excited to see future content!
My only two additions I'd like to see
-Using Grimoires is clunky, allow button holding for repeat casts for skills with a stock system as well as better lockout windows with attacks/cast alternations
-Add option to spawn into the Multi-player hub
I've played a lot of these types of games and it took me 35 hrs to beat the hardest difficulty. I'm by no means done with the game, still need to try out some wonky talent setups.

The potential of this game is insane, so much depth in such a digestible and approachable implementation. Great pixel graphics, could see this being one of the best roguelikes after it looks for a bit. THAT BEING SAID - even AS IS, 8.5/10, great game, fun and high replay value.

ive beaten a maxed out dungeon so i think im a good expert to ask if this is good or not at 80 hours in...
you wont regret your purchase if you like action roguelikes, this game has a ton of items in it and multiple builds to accomodate any playstyle and even costumes you can unlock that tweak how you play with stat changes, fixed stats and my personal favorite infinite mp but max health is stuck to 20 (aka really low as enemies can hit for that much later on), even after getting everything 100%'d im still playing more because this game is just pure fun

Reminiscent of old school JRPGS, reminds me of dark cloud, I like the systems especially with the classes and you upgrading your weapon to turn them into different ones that change up your play style, I do feel like this game may be early in development and something feels lost off that I can't explain, the game play loop feels incomplete. Otherwise it is still a good game and I do recommend it I have yet to play co-op as well but I'm sure it will make it more fun.

So, I've recommended dozens of games. Sometimes, a game comes along that makes me wish I could recommend it twice over.
Sephiria is a home-run combination of inventory management + bullet hell + roguelike action. Among the most polished games I've played in terms of gamefeel, up there with Celeste and Hades. Speaking of which, Sephiria follows in the footsteps of Hades in making a narrative and progressive roguelike story. If you know, you know.
Receiving a product like this in Early Access blows me away. I feel like this game can only get better. ([strike]Fingers crossed the devs don't go the way of Starbound[/strike].)
I’ve seen a lot of games... And it's nice to play a game where I can feel that the devs have, too.

Very good... for early access. The game has some issues and can feel repetitive but it's honestly solid, one of my preferred roguelites now for sure. I'd say it's somewhere in the middle ground of difficulty when it comes to roguelites I've played, personally I find it quite a bit easier than something like Hades but is also harder than a good chunk of other games out there. You get points to allocate to stats and the limited number of them makes it kind of hard to decide what to do because all of it is really good (to be clear I think this is a good thing). Overall I'd say it's a solid 7 or 8/10 with great potential for the future.
